We have used Geek Squad now to install and hang 3 separate televisions and all have been done on schedule and the work was excellent.

My agent mounted my 42" TV and connected it to the equipment I needed for work and recreation.

The new tv was replacing an already mounted tv. Switching out the mounted tv was fine. I could have done it as I did the original mounting. I went with an installer because it was free. However, he had a great deal of difficulty getting the home theater system to recognize the tv and dvd player. He spent a long time switching input options and cabling and even asked if I had any additional cables as he did not have any on his truck. When he left the tv worked but the dvd did not through the universal remote. I later called the Geek Squad for help and a follow up appointment was scheduled. At that time it was determined that the installer had failed to realize that the universal remote needed to be reprogrammed to recognize the new tv. This was done and all works as needed.

The agents mounted TV and connected all devices and set up all streaming services.

I feel I may have been told everything was good but when tech arrived there was a bit of confusion about what was paid for The techs did their best

Arrived on time and very knowledgeable and efficient tech. He set up the mount and TV sand helped us get started using the TV.

The 3rd party agent did all the proper setup. He did explain some of the features but he seemed to be in a hurry. It was necessary for me to assist him in mounting the tv.

They “hybridized” the old mount with the new mount so the TV could be positioned perfectly.
