I was in good hands! The Geek Squad folks came as a duo during the selected timeslot and guided me through the process of how they were going to connect and mount the TV. I never did a wall mount before so this was brand new to me and they patiently explained me how they were going to do it and what decisions I had to help them make. In about 2-3 hours time, everything was set up and ready to go. They even taught me a few tricks with the TV and connected all my other devices (Apple TV, sound bar, Switch) as well. I'm so glad I called and had them do it. Saved me so much trouble and time.

This is not our first experience with mounting. We have always chosen this service because they are professional, clean up afterwards and have always taken the time to do the job correctly. In this case they discovered the existing mount was not going to work. They went back to store and returned with the right mount which was a roundtrip of about 40 miles. Very pleased with the outcome.

The Geek Squad came in and quickly and efficiently installed my new TV. They (Samsun) made a recommendation to get the Geek Squad contract and encouraged me to go back and get a newer cable box. So glad I got that contract! I had to have them come back as I had problems after I installed the new box. Both visits from the Geek Squad were great! The guys are friendly, helpful, courteous and educated me on my purchase.

The agents mounted my tv easily and we truly appreciated how the agent used blue tape to show us where the tv would sit after they mounted it. He even centered it on the wall for us. This was awesome and we appreciated it so we could approve the position of our brand new tv before the agent would start drilling into our wall.

The Best Buy techs installed two 70" flat-screen TVs..The also installed it's attendant articulating wall mount..Everything went flawlessly on my installation (s)..

called to let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, practices safe distancing,etc. hung my TV, cleaned up the dust from drilling in the wall,,,,,everything went EXCELLENT!!! Couldn't have asked for better service!!!

Installers were very prompt and professional. I lost my screws, but they had some back ups to install without any issues would highly recommend. 

My crew came out and did a great job hooking up my 75” Samsung and all the wiring too. They were very respectful of my equipment and how I wanted it hooked up and operating! I always recommend the Geek Squad to hook up systems as they do a great job!

The Geek Squad team did an awesome job. They were very knowledgeable, called ahead of time as requested, showed up on time, put on shoe covers without me asking, did a very quick a professional job, and cleaned up after the installation.

The 2 young men were efficient, knowledgeable, polite. They answered questions and took the old TV and boxes with them.

This wall mount is great! It has the adjustments needed to get your TV in the correct position. The Geek Squad took care of all installation.

Installers arrived per schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. TV mounted precisely and neatly. Basic functionality of TV and sound-bar (+ sub-woofer) explained. Process went quickly. They cleaned up thoroughly after installation.

The team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They removed my existing 65” tv from an existing wall mount on our main floor, carried it downstairs, attached legs to the tv, and placed it on top of an entertainment center. They then went back up to the main floor to mount my new 77” tv to my existing wall mount. Prior to mounting the tv, they pulled an Ethernet cable through an existing Legrand wall cavity kit. They connected the tv to my devices, adjusted the picture settings, then cleaned up the area and removed the packaging materials. We tipped the team because they did an outstanding job.
