Appointment made the dau before and updated the next day. Arrived on time, were neat and organized. Removed old wall mount and installed new one. Took old tv and trash. Both were very courtesious and professional in setting up our internet and other perferred choices

The agents were able to use an existing mount i had at the house. They installed the Tzv over my fireplace with such professionalism i was delighted.

This product is amazing holds my 75 television and it can be pulled out from wall to face any area.

The geek squad team that installed our new TV were excellent!! The Geek Squad agent who helped us with the purchase and then set up our install appt and THEN came and installed was Kirk ( that’s the name I remember ). He was absolutely the best- took time to do a thorough job. His partner on the job ( I think his name was Jayson) was also very good and willing to do the best job possible. They surpassed my expectations by a mile!

I highly recommend Geek Squad Mounting. The techs were very nice and did a great job. I remember Jose was the main installer but his helper was also very good. Just be aware that Best Buy also has a contractor other than Geek Squad that they send some customers to. I would recommend waiting for Geek Squad to be available because they are friendly and do great work. Also, if you join the Total Tech Program, you get FREE installation for any NEW TV you buy while you are a member which is pretty cool imo. I would like to say that Jamar and his partner are incredibly helpful and got my 83 in LG OLED TV mount with out any issues. He then telling me to create and LG account to be able to downloading any updating for this new TV I bought. They took care of the mounting and set up the TV programs and the quality of the picture screen are flawless. I am in love with this T.V. I would recommended to any one.

The men mounted and power sourced an 85” tv, mounted the sound bar and power sourced the tv’s in 2 additional bedrooms. Their professionalism and service was outstanding. I recommend them highly.

The techs that delivered and installed my new Samsung tv were great. They were super professionals who explained to me everything that they were doing during the installation process. Efficient is the word that comes to mind to best describe them. They did a fantastic job of explaining the new tv and the controls for it. Additionally, they took the time to program my Amazon cube to control the tv and sound bar also. When they were done with the installation, it appeared as if the tv had always been in that spot! No wires were showing or anything. I would recommend the two of them to all of my friends and relatives!!

Terrance was great and made sure we had what we needed to hang the tvs the best way possible. Very happy with his work and suggestions.

The quality of the install was excellent and the installers arrived on time and were neat. 4 Stars because prce was substasntially higher than install offered by LG and by BJ's. Also, because sound bar moung had to go under wall moung bracket, I had geek squad install sound bar at the same time. I thought that the sound bar install should have been discounted when done with the TV but there was no such discount.

I was so impressed with Alex D. the Geek Squad guy who installed our 85-inch Sony TV on the wall he also solved a problem we had with the speaker. He and his helper were very courteous and worked quickly. Alex's excellent knowledge and advice was outstanding. They removed the old TV and helped store it till our daughter could pick it up. A great team the best of the best.
