    The agents mounted my TV to the wall connected all my devices and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great btw.

    The agent sold me the wrong one and I thought that they knew what they were talking about wrong even after I explained what I needed they said it would work even had a picture of location to be installed anyway after I spent a lot of money on it I am dealing with it and not being happy with the results what do you do not happy with Best Buy

    Installers came on time and did a reasonable job putting the TV up. But completely messed up all the connections, and were incredibly hesitant to do the hard wiring with a installation kit that I had purchased from Amazon even though the service specifies that they will use a wall mounting kit from anywhere. At the end of the day they advised I not use it, because I think they didn’t want to do the work. I did it myself and it works great.

    He explained pretty much everything he was doing as he was doing it and took the time to answer all the extra questions we had.

    I just spent a bunch on a new television. If you want peace of mind, I don’t see why you wouldn’t get this.
