    As part of our Samsung purchase. Free installation was included. The guys were in and out in less than 45 minutes

    the geek squad were here on time. They did a great job installing my tv on the wall. And they were very courteous.

    Installation crew did a great job, but.... they were supposed to be on site 7am to 1 pm (or something like that). They got to my house at 7 pm. Said service did not include hiding wires in wall. Also said they were at a installation for 42" for 4 hours. Not sure what took so long since dont hide wires. They installed wall mount and 85" tv in less than 45 minutes. Think they are over booked on installations!

    I paid premium but he did basic and never mentioned a price adjustment. He did a quick job and it was great but I had to call Best Buy to get a partial refund on my own inniative.
