    I informed them that they might need some pieces and parts and instead of bringing the cheaper entry level parts like I asked they brought in high-end parts and tried to upsell me which ended up costing an extra $145. This service used to be so well priced and convenient and then recent years has become overpriced and inconvenient..

    Agent came in and replaced tv,should have been two to do this job, ut he handled it perfectly.

    The process required 4 visits by the installers. The first installer said he needed a colleague to do it, the second (a couple) said that the mount we had was not good. We were instructed to purchase another one. The third installer said that that mount was not appropriate, and ordered yet another mount which we had to go to the store (long holiday lines) to return. The final process was ok, the gentleman really tried to help, but the end result is that the height still needs to be adjusted.
