Are used the geek squad service to mount my TV and I highly recommend the service for TV mounting. My technician was very friendly and helpful and was neat. Also, the geek squad was good at communicating what time they were going to come. Didn’t leave in a huge timeframe where I was wondering all day long when they were coming. When the technician was here, he was gone within the hour but also didn’t rush which I appreciate.

At first I was skeptical of purchasing this service but doing so was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Well worth the cost. The Geek Squad was so professional and they did amazing work during the install.

I was very pleased with the efficiency, and accuracy of the installation. They arrived within the allotted time, calling 15-20 minutes before to say they were on the way. They were calm, polite and obviously had worked together for a while, with each one doing their set task. TV was mounted exacted where and how I wanted, with very little fuss or movement of furniture. I have a very small apt which they adapted to easily. VERY PLEASED.

Tremendous job by these professionals. Very helpful and professional when they mounted our new 77in TV perfectly. The were knowledgeable with other tech areas I had questions about, and had great suggestions on how to optimize all our families media needs. The agents removed and remounted not only the LG TV I purchased, but the new TV wall mount. They also reprogrammed my Harmony Elite to meet all my needs. Anthony and Jason were my installers and I was extremely satisfied. They answered all m6 questions and provided me contact information if I had any future questions. My only complaint was during the purchase process. I waited nearly an hour and a half in the store after going through the kiosk before I was met with a sales associate. In fact, I had to go back to the kiosk after waiting that long before I gasworks an associate and asked for assistance. At that time the sale was completed. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE WAIT!!!!

The Geeks were great. Professional, knowledgeable, and Neat. They took their time and explained the whole process. They help set up the TV so I could start enjoying it immediately.

The contractor that installed my flat screen was very nice and professional. I had a question after installation and he quickly got back to me. Maybe it’s me but I always prefer dealing with an actual Geek squad member. The contractor was very nice however. So it’s difficult for me to rate the Geek squad when I had zero interaction.

I am completely happy with my first Total Tech experience. The consultant, Charlie Uyeda visited our home in anticipation of our remodel. Based on our needs, and the home layout, he was able to provide information that we needed to make the best decision. We are completely happy with the Sony Mini LED purchase and installation. We look forward to having Charlie as a part of our 'remodel team', seeing the completion of our remodel with new replacement of additional security devices and TV, computer, printer networks.

Mounted 65 inch TV, above fireplace, very professional, took less than an hour, worth every penny, too large and clumsy for me to do myself at 56 years old, glad there is a quality service like this available

The agent installed the TV mount and hooked up the sound bar. He was quick and did everything in a professional manner. I would recommend this tech to anyone.
