I highly recommend Geek Squad Mounting. The techs were very nice and did a great job. I remember Jose was the main installer but his helper was also very good. Just be aware that Best Buy also has a contractor other than Geek Squad that they send some customers to. I would recommend waiting for Geek Squad to be available because they are friendly and do great work. Also, if you join the Total Tech Program, you get FREE installation for any NEW TV you buy while you are a member which is pretty cool imo. The installation was fine! They initially loaded the wrong TV at the store but caught the error immediately. Installers arrived on time, put up the wall mount and mounted the TV without issue. Only 2 stars because the installer "misinformed" me (hopefully he didn't lie!) when he upsold me on a My Best Buy Plus membership during the installation. I asked if that would extend the return window to 60 days, he said yes. He also volunteered that it would qualify me for a partial refund if Best Buy dropped the price of the TV within 60 days. He specifically mentioned July sales. The price of the set dropped $400 this week (July 15th). I contacted Best Buy. They claimed that the return window expired after 15 days (3 days ago, naturally) and that the price match wouldn't apply retroactively, anyway. You can trust Geek Squad's TV mounting know-how! But be careful with anything they say.

Excellent and professional service from the Geek Squad. They were the best thing about this purchase experience. Customer service is clearly not a priority for Best Buy. Can’t even call a store. Instead you get someone from Panama that doesn’t care who they are talking to and don’t care what issue you may have.

I had purchased a Sony TV and the Geek Squad membership in late January,2023. That I was so pleased with both TV and Geek Squad service I returned and bought the same TV but this time the Geek Squad service was exceptional. The technician was so helpful and spent over an hour helping me set up be second Sony TV. I was always satisfied with Best Buy in the past but this Best Buy and Gerk Squad are suburb? I am so elated I want to purchase a third Sony TV

I was reminded the day before the scheduled visit they were coming. That morning, after loading their vehicles, I was called and given an estimate time of arrival. 20 minutes before they arrived, I was called and advised again. No surprises. The crew (2 men) moved a wall mounted 65 inch TV from one room to another. Then wall mounted a new 55 inch TV to the first wall. My crew was courteous, professional, helpful by providing advice and recommendations, friendly, and patient. The TVs are placed where we wanted, level, connected to all the devices that TVs are connected to. IOW totally operational when they were done. I will not have any reservations to call the Geek Squad for this type work.

The BestBuy representative ( worker) installed and connected all the cables from the smart Samsung TV as well as the sound bar. Everything was done professionally. He was very courteous.

The geek squad was on time and did an amazing job mounting 2 tv’s. A 55 inch in the bedroom and 75 inch in the living room. The team was very professional and ensured and I would highly recommend them.

The two installers, Brody and co-worker arrived on time and efficiently installed the wall bracket and TV. In addition, they helped set up the TV. They were efficient and very professional! Excellent service!

Geek Squad is the only reason I buy all my TVs from Best Buy. They deliver, set up everything, will relocate my current TV to another room I want, remove the boxes and will come back out and pick the TV up if I have any issues. And if you are a TotalTech member it's free. Other companies won't set up the TV, nor bring it inside your house, if they do offer install and wall mounts, it's separate from delivery, etc... If there's a problem, that's a whole other issue. Now with TotalTech you even get a free 2 yr warranty.

Your technician was fast but very careful with the installation of a new Best Buy television, and offered some helpful advice on system operation. This was a very useful service call.

The agents were helpful and did a great job mounting our TV. They also answered our questions about the TV and finding our way around our first Smart TV. We love where it is on our wall.

Are used the geek squad service to mount my TV and I highly recommend the service for TV mounting. My technician was very friendly and helpful and was neat. Also, the geek squad was good at communicating what time they were going to come. Didn’t leave in a huge timeframe where I was wondering all day long when they were coming. When the technician was here, he was gone within the hour but also didn’t rush which I appreciate.

The two gentlemen who came and mounted my new televisions were knowledgeable and made suggestions while I made up my mind which helped me to decide the best spot to place them. Next year I think I'm going to purchase a 65 inch TV.
