Late, Smudged but Mounted

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To start this review I would like to say that the TV is mounted, level and was done in about 30 mins from when the geek squad agents arrived to when they left. If thats all you care about then they did a good job. The problems my wife and I had with this service are as follows: Problem 1. We received 2 phone calls saying the GC agents would be there from 8 to 12. The GS agents didn't show up until 12:20. Problem 2. The GS agents were rough with our $4,000 TV. Putting it screen down on our furniture without great support and picking it up/down roughly. Problem 3. The GS agents left smudges all over the edges of the screen of the TV. When asked they said Amazon sells good screen cleaner. For a service offered by a well known company and for the amount spent on the service we were expecting them to be on time at the very least, handle the TV in a safe way and leave the TV as clean as they found it.

Unsure on how to review this

I had to hire someone else to remount the TV because the tv was to heavy for the installer. Plus, they attempted to convince me to buy a newer tv. According to the installer, if the tv is more than five years old, Best Buy would not allow them to mount them.
