    The agents mounted my TV and the oven. All was great and they showed me how to use both items. Thank you!

    Geek squad from best buy came to Install a TV mount for me. They were very nice and helpful. Did a great job

    Installation was good. We purchase a 75" Sony TV. The Geek Squad rep did not want to use any of our wires, TV cable organizer or TV mount that were purchased separately and were a perfect match for our TV. He insisted that we buy everything from him, so clearly the guy we had only knew how to install with the equipment that he is used to working with and of course once they are at your home you don't really have a choice. The installation did end up costing much more then initially expected. That is why I gave it only 3 stars.

    Discussed needs on phone but they dispatched wrong person. He was able to get the TV mount up with the help of an additional squad member so he handled that dropped ball well. Installation of the digital antenna did not happen and the promised call to set it up or refund the cost did not come as promised. five days and still waiting

    My Samsung 82" 4k tv was so large GEEK SQUAD sent two men out. They were very professional and offered some good ideas.
