    Fast and friendly.. on time..they had a backup mount cause mine couldnt be used with the metal studs in my walls

    Bought flush mount(ing) and the most expensive installation option ($250.00 vs $99.00 from Samsung direct). TV is not flush mounted as promised and no return calls. Crew was super professional and in the end, install is not as promised
