Geek Squad was excellent once again. The job was a pretty simple articulating TV bracket installation, but it needed to be affixed to a decorative brick fireplace. I called as I was too busy at work to get the work done before an important event at our home, and they were able to schedule us quickly. The communications, work, and clean-up after the job was completed were all very professional.

Geek squad contacted me prior to their arrival and were ptompt on the arrival time. Techs did a quick site survey. Prepared the wall mount. Mounted the TV and connected it to my cable system. Ensured all was operational prior to departure. Great job and service provided!

The initial mounting by Geek Squad was fantastic, quick and no fuss but later on when my TV's WiFi got kaput, Geek Squad was asking me a fee for dismounting and recounting it after the manufacturer's repairs. This was disturbing since I was under warranty by both Best Buy and Samsung. After much deliberations and standing my ground they succumbed and the job was done. Geek Squad shoud be happy that I still gave them four stars.

The technicians were professional courteous and thorough. They ensure all devices worked along with training us how to best utilize.

The team did an amazing job setting up my new TV. They were professional, careful, and made sure everything looked perfect. The TV sits completely flush against the wall — super clean and minimalist, just the way I wanted it. They also took the time to explain the setup and made sure I was happy before they left. They arrived ahead of schedule mounted the TV bracket and TV, hooked up all my peripheral equipment, tested everything to make sure it worked. They spent about 20 minutes showing us all the basic operations. I’m an electrical engineer, but I was please and very impressed with the service and kindness of the technicians not to mention product knowledge

Geek team Eric & Nate provided outstanding service - re-designing the home theater - adding components as necessary. They professionally installed TV on the wall, hiding cables and most important setting up the many user interface options. They provided a heads-up on arrival time, left the site clean, reviewed user operation and answered all my questions.

John was awesome! Super speedy and got it done in no time at all! Was even able to mount only having a plaster wall! They made it happen! Even set up the tv to my living room lighting conditions!

Gunther and his co-worker were wonderfull guests in my home. They were extremely knowleagable and professional. Very good in the installation.Also they helped us learn about the new TV and sound system. The Geek Squad are the best in the business.

Installer put the Sanus Elite tv stand together and mounted TV. Arrived 10 minutes after calling. Setup was easy after that. He cleaned up what little mess there was. Total time here was just over 60 minutes mostly putting stand together and mounting TV.
