Everything was set up carefully and they made sure it all worked before they left.

The agents were on time, professional, courteous and did a great job with my 65 inch Insignia tv, mounting to my wall. Looks great.

The installation and delivery technicians were excellent. They were efficient and they also practice safety when entering my home by wearing mask. They were knowledgeable and installed my television and wall mount seamlessly. However, I was told by the technician after I asked why the cords were not inside of the wall that the salesperson failed to add a wall kit. I explained to him that I told the salesperson that I wanted the courts inside of the wall but the wall kit was not added and I was told that I needed to pay an additional delivery and installation fee so I will be contacting the store manager to discuss this.

Team did a great job with very heavy outdoor TV and outdoor wall paneling to navigate. Team of 3 came and did a great job. No mess left at all.

Technician was efficient w/his craft, extremely knowledgeable… Seamless install, came in and out in a timely manner.

This TV is stunning—crisp picture, vibrant colors, and immersive sound. Perfect for movies, sports, and gaming. Setup was easy, and the size makes every show feel cinematic. Whether 56 or 90 inches, it transforms any room into a theater. Absolutely worth it. Five stars!

My technician Ryan was amazing. He texted me first thing in the morning confirming the appointment and even asked if I needed anything else before he arrived. He came on time, was extremely professional and CLEAN! I hate when I have someone install something and they leave a mess. Not Ryan, he made sure everything was perfect before he left. He did a wonderful job installing and mounting my TV and even made sure my Roku account and all the other apps were signed in and connected to my wifi. He went above and beyond and I am extremely satisfied. I look forward to having him back for my next project.

Install for great. They were a great team. Did not leave until all systems were working. How do I the boxes and packaging material. I would recommend using greek squad installers.

Unfortunately, they were late for my appointment. No call to say they would be late. With this said, the two installers were very good at what they did. They were very personable, and knew what they were dealing with. No complaints regarding the installation. Just did not like the extra wait and change in my schedule.

So happy that I allowed the Geek Squad install my new TV. There was a problem with where the studs were located and they figured out the best way to mount at the proper height. Courteous and professional they cleaned up any debris and answered any questions. They also made sure that the set was working and gave mini lesson of use. The installation fee was worth it.

They were to dismount and relocate a plasma tv, install new mount an unpack, mount and setup new tv and AVR and reprogram urc and haul off a rear projection dlp set. On arrival they said did not do urc programming or haul-off. Other people need to be scheduled to do that. I finally managed to get the haul-off a couple weeks later and canceled the urc programming for now. TV mount seems ok, but keep getting messages to setup remote (even after selecting to not see it anymore, and about needing ARC. I could not airplay to the AVR (It is connected to net via lan connection but they left it connected by WiFi … I turned it off WiFi then it appears in my AirPlay options). They left a panel off the back of the TV with no explanation, I discovered the panel still in its foam sheet packing cover after they had left.

Geek Squad service exceeded my expectations. Very meticulous work, reconnecting my accessories and even controlling the usual cord chaos. My Geek also gave me good advice about adding a wall outlet and am so pleased with the convenience and clean look. I'm so glad Best Buy offers this service.

The agents were professional, courteous and got the job done in no time. They used the mount I provided to them and carefully mounted the TV and the wall mount, and even used zip-ties to make the cables look less intimidating. They do offer a separate cable concealment service which I plan to use at a later time. Overall a very satisfied customer :)

These guys were the best. I know how do this myself but it was included with my 98 inch tv .Geek Squad showed up and took my old tv off the wall set up my new tv and had me sit down so they could get the perfect angle for my viewing and helped set up my audio equipment 5 star crew

Best Buy Geek Squad did an excellent job installing our home entertainment system. The guys were quick and explained the operation of the system to my understanding as I’m not a “tech buff”. They were very friendly and hauled off our old system which was fantastic saving me a trip to the disposal site. All in all it was a pleasant experience purchasing my entertainment system at a great price from Best Buy while having Geek Squad install, haul and protect my equipment. Thanks guys and highly recommended to all!!!

The technicians did an excellent job hooking up our news tv above the fireplace and attaching the soundbar. We love it.
