Agents arrived and very courteous. Pulled mounting bracket out of box, made connections on televisionn and attached to wall. Checked for balances Finished in no time.

Works great! Holds my TV which is at the top of the square inch range. Love it! The Geek Squad put everything up where I wanted it and they did it very professionally!

Jose C had to replace the incorrect moount that was given to us by the sales person, who should have been more informed about which mount would work with the new set. Jose did a great job. Efficient, clean, informative, and set up the TV , which now works great.

The 2 Geek Squad techs were amazing. They were friendly and professional. They got to work right away and then made sure everything was perfect and working. They had to mount an LG G2 to a stand mount and did it within minutes. They even made sure it was level and sturdy. They also made sure everything was working before they left. They even hauled away all the boxes and trash. Great techs and great service.

The Best Buy team installed my new TV, set up all equipment and made sure that I could use it before they left. They also cleaned up the space and took my old set away making my life easier. Nice guys and very happy for their service.

They were friendly and courteous. Three TV was installed quickly and the old TV was taken away. The only problem was that the next day we realized that they had left the remote for the old TV and taken the remotefor the TV small TV we were using when to old one stopped working. The Best Buy store gave us a universal remote with no questions.

Have to say I questioned whether it was worth the money, but the answer is absolutely yes. The techs were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to assemble/install the TV in a fraction of the time it would have taken me, and I never would have figured out how to setup the TV which they did brilliantly!

The two Shawn’s that came out were excellent! Very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and professional! Really knew their “stuff!” I tried to tip them they were so awesome and they absolutely refused- saying it was their pleasure to help us, and they were compensated well by their company! What nice guys and a great installation experience!

There was a slight mix up in the original order that required a trip back to BestBuy to fix. The installer was very understanding and offered to come back after his next install was completed in order to avoid rescheduling on a different day. Once the correct product was on site he returned and hung our new TV and sound bar quickly and carefully, then talked me through how to operate everything. Great experience.

We received a flat wall mount which works perfectly for our use. I can’t say enough good things about the delivery and installation service. They were on time, polite and friendly, helped with placement and perfect installation and clean up of all package materials.

The service technician did an excellent job in mounting the HDTV to the wall, taking my requirements into consideration. He thoroughly explained how to access the cable stations and the streaming sites. He did an excellent job in clearing out all the packaging materials and the old HDTV.
