The agents mounted my 77 inch tv in my living room with no problems.

While the installers did a great job mounting the TV, one of the installers didn’t want to finish the process of setting the tv up which I believe is part of the $249.99 we paid for. I have already contacted Best Buy installing dept regarding this as I don’t feel we got the complete service that was paid for.

They were amazing. Put tv up right and fast. Will be using them again in the future.

its taking almost 2 months to install a tv on my wall. As I'm writing this, I have an appt to get this done in a few days, lets see if they show up this time. I had scheduled appointment 2 or 3 times for this matter and they sent me a verification email every time. Somehow my appointment wasn't getting assigned to a technician dept and my appt would get cancelled without my knowledge, not even an updated email for it. I had to ask for those days off of work to get the installation just for best buy to screw me over multiple times. I paid $1800 for a tv with free installation from them and they cant even get this simple situation solved. They easily take your money but take their sweet time with installation. Very unreliable and unprofessional!!!
