The Best Buy team installed my new TV, set up all equipment and made sure that I could use it before they left. They also cleaned up the space and took my old set away making my life easier. Nice guys and very happy for their service.

Geek Squad - Steve, was very professional and efficient when installing our new 55”TV on the wall. He was very respectful of our living room, and careful not to make a mess, and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and made sure we understood what he was saying. Was very pleased with his service!!

Quick and excellent service! I'm so glad we hired Geek Squad to wall mount our TV as they were professional, quick, and accurate in what they did! I will hire them the next time I need anything like this done - it saved a fight between my husband and myself and a considerable amount of time and struggle for us to attempt to do it ourselves!

I am a person who never leaves a good review. I occasionally leave bad reviews if my experience was particularly unpleasant. So, having said this, that I deliberately take my precious weeknight time to write a review definitely shows how impressed I am. Travis called ahead to give me a heads-up on his arrival time. His voice was pleasant and his attitude even on the phone was very respectful. He arrived at our house and accommodated my particular wish. He was very respectful and careful about my things and my house in general. He was even holding his work bag for a few minutes until a towel was laid on the floor so he wouldn't scratch my wood floor. And this was his idea! I know I know exactly what I want, and can be somewhat particular about my requests. I expressed how I liked my TV to be installed and also how a certain area should be not blocked, and at what height, etc. When he anticipated that a certain aspect of my request could not exactly happen due to the mount I chose, he patiently and thoroughly explained the structural limit of the mount back and the alternative area (just a few inches away from what I had originally in mind). I think I had him repeat a few times, for mechanic stuff is not my strong suit. All through this, he was ever so pleasant to work with. I changed my mind after he marked with a tape about the installation location. He didn't mind one bit, and even gave me a very good suggestion on how it is best when our eyes fall at the 2/3 of the bottom of the TV screen. That was very helpful when I was indecisive. He completed the installation and checked if I was happy with it, and when I asked if he could also install cable line hiding trim molding, despite his tight schedule, he installed that one, as well for me. His craftsmanship of that installation was BEAUTIFUL! He also connected my TV to the internet and walked through with me on all the useful tips on how to enjoy my Android TV with my google account, You tube, etc. I learned one very important thing of connecting my phone to the TV, so I can watch from TV what I was watching on my cell phone. My husband and I LOVE this function we didn't know about. From the beginning to the end, Travis was RESPECTFUL, had a FANTASTIC attitude, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, willing to accommodate a customer's requests. He is a top-notch geek! I am thoroughly impressed with Travis. With that kind of work ethic and good attitude, this young man is bound to be successful and will move up in his life! The agents were on time, went right to work and had no trouble mounting my tv on the wall. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.

Process was ahead of schedule which helped tremendously, very quick and professional, all questions answered, gave me advice on things going forward, ease of operation after explanation

The Technicians were amazingly professional. They listened attentively to my concerns both positive and negative. They addressed my concerns. They explained exactly what they were able to do and how that would look. They also ask me to let them know if I was not satisfied. They did not disappoint me. They did a great job.

They did a nice and professional job. Could i have done this myself probably, but it was worth the service for the delivery and mounting for this size tv. I didnt have to worry about anything and it was mounted to a great height based on their expierence, room size, and couch distance. Also was willing to give me a complete run through of the device and setup, i did not need it; but really it was unexpected and probably would be useful for most customers. No complaints and only praise from me.

The two people that did my install were knowledgeable and professional.

Geek squad arrived on time and mounted tv on wall and hid wiring in wall with a Legrand kit. Also synced new headphones to tv. Work done neatly. Pleased with the service I received. Only initial concern, was that when crew arrived they did not know I wanted cords hidden in wall. It was not an issue because I had figured out what to buy in advance from Best Buy to accomplish this. But when I initially ordered tv and service on line, there was no way to make clear exactly what I wanted. Online check list of what customer wants done might be useful for future.

Since I purchased a 75” TV, figured I would use some professional help. Geeksquad guys arrived on time and helped to figure out the best height and position for my TV and start to put on the rack. I mentioned there is a bathroom right behind the TV wall, so they double checking the wall to make sure they don’t hit any surprises behind the wall. Took them 1 hour from arrival to finish plus clean up any dust and trash. Will use their service again!

The 2 ladies were professional and did a very good job at removing the old TV and mounting the new TV. They set the TV up the way we wanted and cleaned everything up before they left the house.

I wasn't able to make it home in time, but they arrived while my wife was here. She complemented their professionalism and they did a good job installing. Note: They installed our 85" TCL above a massive antique display stand - flawless execution. And they did it while relating to the family and being professional.
