I purchased the delivery and mounting of a new 65” Roku TV. The mounting seemed to go alright. However, the TV was flawed and had a problem with the main board. Roku tried help me over the phone. But, finally replaced the TV. The problem is that the guy who delivered the replacement said that he would mount the new TV. So now, I paid for a mounted TV, but I don’t have a mounted TV. I feel like I deserve a refund for the mounting that was originally done. The TV didn’t work.

My tv was initially mounted by one subcontractor working for the Geek Squad. A couple days later, I wanted my tv to be raised because it was too low. I called the Geek Squad and paid additional $49 to remount it. Kris and his coworker came out and when they removed the tv, they found only one bolt was into the wall stud. My $3600 tv before taxes was being held up by one bolt. When I heard that, I was very upset! Why, because Best Buy advertise having 2 people in handling a large screen TV but they sent one person to do the very thing, they said not to do. I will never have another subcontractor working for the Geek Squad to do any work in my home and I will inform my family and friends to know what I happen to me! The only people I would allow to service anything in my home will be Geek Squad personnel,
