    Geek Squad technicians installed TV no problem but issue with honoring appointment time. Technicians were an hour late from my scheduled appointment time range and even brought the wrong TV initially. Dispatch team also failed to notify me of delay in arrival by technicians.

    It was just ok!!!! Not like Best Buy at all. They had NEVER mounted a100 inch tv before and they were in a hurry and didn’t take time to really explain everything to us. And we still tipped them well…
