I had a great experience getting my TV’s mounted on the wall at my condo.

The guys were great. Definitely worth it the money.

My installation didn't happen. I purchased two 75" tv's & four mounting brackets. The store sold me the wrong Mounting Brackets so Geek Squad showed up with the wrong brackets, tried to upsell sell me different brackets for $300.00 more so I asked to speak to their supervisor and they refused, said they weren't doing the install and proceeded to leave everything laying in the middle of my floor when I had movers on the way. So I went outside and stood in front of their van not letting them leave until I spoke to a Supervisor or the removed the items from my home. They again refused and called the police on me. It was absolutely embarrassing and total harassment. That's what you get for spending thousands of $$$ with them. I never heard from anyone so I went to the store to hear nothing but lies told by these 2 clowns. To date, nothing has happened to the installers and I haven't even received an apology much less a store credit for my wasted time, frustration and embarrassment. Absolutely the worst shopping and installation experience ever!

I gave this one star because the service is a total ripoff! The technician was very honest, neat, and helpful. But I blame the storefront managers on not being specific with this service. I was told that this service includes wire concealment service, and I just have to pay for the $150 power management box which I feel like is overpriced. Technician installed my wall mount, but I was told that this type of service doesn’t put in perspective the tim management since he had other appts that day. I ended up hiring an independent business to do a wire concealment and power management service. Which ended up being way cheaper by a $120 which I could’ve saved, and wish I never paid for best buy’s Ripoff service.

As always, the Geek Squad provided very good service.

They came out to hook up TV and was very professional and knew what they were doing.

Wall mounting is great especially when you can tilt or angle the screen. Love it!
