I will NOT even give this one star, your delivery and set up was a total disgrace, as a big box store the way best but and your 3rd party installment group was down right obscene. I was told on 4 separate occasions, after driving an hour to the store 4 separate times to confirm a delivery and set up that never happened. I finally went to the best buy store in Findley Oh to cancel the delivery and setup because neither best buy or the installation group would do anything to help. Do not say youll be there then never show up on 4 occasions, truly a terrible outcome. I should have been compensated in some way for being lied to and disrespected. Very untrustworthy

O.K. Needed to install this mounting. Original mounting wasn't ablwe to be used.

The technicians were extremely helpful and courteous.

Service is shown as completed, however they could not complete due to product being defective. They indicated that they would come back to complete. They mounted the tv on the wall but could not set it up or set up the sound bar.

Best Buy sent a third-party installer (this isn't revealed to you at all during the purchase or installation process) who completely mismanaged installing a large TV over my fireplace. The end result was a TV which was half a foot off-center, a mount which was not properly installed or tightened, and damage to my mantle, since the installers left the heavy TV resting its weight on the mantle piece, angled down, and left gouges in the wood. I scheduled a follow-up appointment, which was handled by Best Buy employee technicians who were amazing. They were horrified by how poorly the TV was set up the first time, and had everything fixed and wrapped up quickly. I'd recommend checking with Best Buy to see if you're getting actual Geek Squad employees, or a third-party vendor who could care less about your or purchase.

The mount is not easy for one, but it really was great that Best Buy installed it.
