Professional installation but wires still exposed.

Even after reiterating that I wanted all wires “in the wall”, they were left exposed and visible, although neatly dressed. Not completely satisfied.

GS came, installed & left with no technical help.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Considering that we purchased top of the line Samsung’s OLED tv with supposedly “exceptional” Samsung sound bar system, we basically received mediocre installation service without any instruction, no testing of the devices and a mess that we had to vacuum. This had to be one of the easiest installation since the wall mount and cables were already in place from the previous Samsung LED tv and required very little time. However, after such a significant purchase and dealing with new OLED technology, we should have received some instructions/technical guidance other than “here’s the remote.” Also, cleaning up their mess would have been nice and supposedly required in the TotalTech Plan that we purchased?

deeply regret/ extra charge

Two installers came and told me the wall mount I had already purchased (based on their recommendation) wasn’t suitable for my condo. They charged me an extra $170 for a different bracket on the spot. Then they said my wall was concrete and demanded another $130 for that. In total, they charged me over $300 in additional fees, on top of the installation cost I had already paid earlier. This whole experience felt unfair and frustrating. There was no clear communication about these hidden charges beforehand. I absolutely do NOT recommend using Best Buy for installation services—never again!
