Way Overpriced Installation

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a Beat Buy Total Member, and as such have had free delivery and installation of items purchased at Best Buy. However, Best Buy ended free installation for everyone. This is obviously a money grab for the company. The only thing keeping me from dripping my Total membership isnthat i do get a second year on the warranty, but even with that, there is a significant charge just to come to my house. I have to think long and hard as to whether this membership is worth the money.

Service was not what I expected

It was a 3rd party company that does in home services for multiple companies. They did an OK job, but they showed up without uniform and in an unmarked truck. I could tell they just wanted to get in and out as quickly as they could too.
