    Ordered a tv, waited 2 weeks and best buy sent the tv to our old house 6 states away. I was then told the tv i ordered was out of stock. They told me the fastest way to get a new tv was to go to the nearest store. Off i went to the store, paid for the tv and service, waited another 2 weeks. Then comes the day of arrival, 2 hrs prior to my delivery time Best Buy calls me and says it has to be transfrered to another agent and the next available day is August 12. After spending a ton of money at Best Buy over the years, this was my final straw. Buyer beware with this company, its like russian roulette if your delivery is going to show up!!!! Awful!

    The mounting was outsourced. We were given a window of 12 - I for appt. waited at home All day and. I one showed up. We were told they would call before they arrived. No call. That. If Jr I was on hold for 45 minutes to be told they tried calling and. I one answered so they did not come. I was home all day. Rescheduled for following week. Again. I call before they came. Two young men arrived and asked where the TV was. I informed them they were supposed to bring it with them. Had to go to stores to get resolved. Another 35 minutes waiting for them to determine what went wrong. After 3 tries TV installed

    They were timely and friendly - didn’t expect tv to be installed so close to an adjacent wall - a little disappointed.
