TV great, customer treatment poor….
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV, and install were great….however, TV was delivered and installed on a Thursday and 2 days later the $1,499 TV was advertised by Best Buy for $1,299. I was out of town and couldn’t call them until a few days later. They said they wouldn’t refund the difference because I didn’t call while the sale price was advertised. Crappy way to treat a long time customer and member of their highest level (paid for) customer membership. Won’t be buying much from them in the future.
