Horrid experience, First crew couldn't even find the studs in the wall (i later found them w/ a magnet) & was unable to mount the TV (it is quite large). 2nd crew sent to us couldn't mount the TV either but at least were knowledgeable & able to identify the issue (non-traditional metal studs). To add insult to injury I have called several times for a refund over the past several months and still haven't received it. So i continue to spend large amounts of time trying to get my refund. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD!!

So the service is actually provided by 3rd party company. My first appointment got cancelled and I was notified. I took the day off and spent all day contacting bestbuy and no one knew. At the end of the day I was able to talk to someone from the company who was going to mount the TV. The lady kept saying she called me and left me a message. I had zero unanswered call or new voicemail. Like if I knew it was cancelled why would I spent hours on the phone trying to figure out whats happening. She never apologized and offered a new service date almost a month later. I was horrid. We were able to get a sooner date so that's good. The service people were late but very nice. They even taught my husband to hook up the surround sound system left by the previous house owners. So the 2 stars are for them. I would avoid this service at all costs and hire someone on my own in the future.

On original date to be delivered, I was under the impression that it would be installed also…as I kept getting emails to “prep” my area for installation. Once that was cleared up and rescheduled, and having a huge box in my living room for an additional two weeks, Geek Squad called the day before scheduled installation to cancel and reschedule. I cancelled the order and did it myself. My overall experience with Best Buy was terrible. From recommending an incorrect mount that wasn’t in stock (delaying TV delivery for over a month) to confusion on delivery vs delivery AND installation, to the final straw of Geek Squad cancelling appt. The other place is right. I was sorry.

Purchased a Samsung TV end of October 2021, but come to find out the TV was defective. I called the issue into Best Buy in December and they referred me to Samsung. Samsung had a Technician come and inspect the TV and they too agreed the TV was defective. It took around 2 weeks after that to get an approval from Samsung for a replacement TV. An appointment with Geek Squad to replace the TV was scheduled and I was asked to wait on a Saturday from 1-8pm. The Technician never showed up, didn't call or text nor did they send an email. I called for an update and although the person who helped me was very apologetic, it took another 1-2 weeks to reschedule and get a new TV. Altogether it took about 2 months to finally get a replacement. Overall, we did not have a positive experience this time around.

Used for installation/wall mount/ internalizing cables. Professional. Unfortunately one of them cut power cord. Tv replaced

They were on time and very considerate of my time. I was disappointed that they did not have all the supplies they need. Seem to be disconnect between the store and the installers. We worked it out.

This offers the peace that the TV won't tip over or fall causing injury.

The Geek squad was on time, professional, accommodating, and fast.
