    Waiting on the call back tv was supposed to be 36 inches off the ground but was 35 inches.

    We were last year on the delivery schedule, he did not arrive until well past 8:30. Installation went smoothly and he removed the old tv and packaging. However, the instructions were little more than how to turn it on. There was no intro to how to access info or adjustments. We were left to our own efforts to navigate through the system.
