Still waiting on TV install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After the delays, I will never use Geek Squad or shop at Best Buy again. I scheduled a TV install appointment for my senior mother to help her get a new TV installed. At the first appointment, the techs said she needed a different wall mount unit. No problem, returned one, ordered the one they wanted, made a follow-up appointment. Today was the install appointment date. After waiting for 2+ weeks, they hung a missed you sticker on our door and left. No call. No knock. They just left. I called the local store to see what happened and they hung up on me after I expressed my irritation in waiting just to have them leave with no attempt to contact me. All they would do is offer to reschedule again. This time a month out. Use anyone other than Geek Squad and you’ll be better off.
