    The guy came in, and mounted my TV on the wall but had no clue about anything else. Then I found he wasn't even a geek squad guy - he was an outside hire! He didn't know how to set up my channels or the app. Was NOT worth the $199 I paid to get this new TV mounted and installed correctly.
