The first tv mounting was a bad experience. It was done poorly and lazily. After speaking with the geek squad manager and having them replace the damaged tv mount, Michael came out and fixed the bad job and I was very impressed with him. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I will always request him if I’m able. He deserves a raise.

The Installers mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were very friendly and professional, and knew exactly what they were doing and did it in a quick manner. I am extremely satisfied with their excellent service.

The agents did a meticulous job mounting my new TV. It was difficult because they needed to relocate the existing mount so as not to block my sliding glass windows. They routed all the wires very cleanly and professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. I am completely satisfied.

This service was great! I didn't expect them to bring a folding table but it was needed for a 100" tv. The installers were terrific and very helpful in deciding which mount, I purchaed 2, to use. Thank you for this service being included in the gigantic tv.

Fabulous work, very knowledgable. TV was installed on wall quickly and all stations were programed, and then we were taught how to access channels.

The team members were very knowledgable and mounted my new Vizio P85QX-H1 TV on my older BDI Avion Noir 8937/Arena 9970 home theater cabinet/ flat screen TV mount, with precision and care. The whole process was very efficient and quickly completed. They also made sure that the TV was operating properly and completely connected to my ethernet, 4k Apple TV, and Yamaha RX- A880 receiver, and Cox DVR providing a full 4k Dolby Vision/ Dolby Atmos 3d surround sound 7.2- it all woks great and looks perfect in my living/entertainment room.

I was so lucky to have Shelley, the same wonderful agent I had last year. So glad Geek Squad retains their staff. She was patient and thorough and made certain I understood how to operate my new smart tv before she left. I can only hope I'm able to get her again.

Mr Jason and Mr Carter were excellent explaining what they were doing as they installed the wall mount. They welcomed my questions. The two of them were VERY PROFESSIONAL!

These techs were great. Professional and friendly. They moved my previous TV to another room, and got it mounted on a new mount quickly and cleanly. Then they mounted my new TV on the existing mount and walked me through setting up this new TV. They were great to work with.

At first we had wanted to use a totally flat wall mount. After a closer look at the packaging and speaking with the installers, we went with this particular mount. We have a 75 inch tv.....they are heavy and we didn't want something that wasn't rated for that size of tv. It does stick out from the wall a bit..,...but that has proved to be quite advantageous for us, as we can turn it a bit to see it better from the dining room, as well as tilt it forward if we are on the floor. It moves very easy and is not a big deal to have it protruding those few inches and for the comfort of knowing it is securely mounted.....well worth using this mount instead of the flat wall mount.

The geek squad were helpful in setting up my new tv. They made sure that I could use the tv remote correctly and took away all garbage including the old tv.

The agents did a great job installing wallmount and soundbar. They took their time to insure quality installation.
