Great guys great service would recommend to anyone

It took 4 separate appointments to get to the right installer who could install my outdoor TV. He was excellent and we worked through the install with the right solution. The first ones were time constrained so they just left and the next one canceled and following one left 15 minutes after they arrived saying they did not know how to find the studs. After numerous calls and being promised a gift card when it was completed the last installer and I figured out how to locate the studs and install the mount. Still no gift card....

Sent the same installers twice. Both times they refused to put the mount where I wanted it. We had to redo it ourselves because we had to wait too long to find a third vacation day on a Wednesday for these same installers to come back. I'm told I wasn't charged for either install, but I'm pretty sure I was charged for one of them when I look through the very confusing list of transactions. I'm so over this entire process. Did I mention the second broken TV they sent is still broken and they won't make it right because we were three days past the 60 day return date. The funny thing is that we didn't even have it in use for the first couple weeks because of all they delivery issues. They don't care about this fact. Rules are rules n and we start fresh with a new best buy robot everytime we call. It's like I need to find a vacation day just to call. Ask me why I was three days past your deadline by the time I found time to call about our broken TV.
