Love having the TV mounted higher for better viewing

We're happy with the TV mounting & the Geek squad guys that did the job were professional, prompt & perfect.

I have had an absolutely miserable time with Geek Squad for a TV purchased on July 7, 2024. It took three times of have Geek Squad in my home before the TV was finally installed on the wall only to find it has a defective bracket. Since then i have spent hours on the telephone working to have the TV replaced. Each time i ask that call be recorded and stored and notes place in the system. I am taking off of work for what i am told will be delivery and installation of the new TV only to have the appointment cancelled. This week Geek Squad wanted two visits - 1) to deliver the new TV and remove the defective TV. BUT NOT INSTALL THE NEW TV. I was told this would required another appointment and another day I would have to take off of work. WHY CAN’T A TV BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED ON THE SAME APPOINTMENT! Speaking with customer service to sort this out the representative’s dogs are barking and other noise (children?) in the background. Can’t be easy for the customer service representative either. Three calls yesterday and no notes in the system. This is terrible and problem still not resolved. Soon it will be three months.

Walking out of BB feeling that a member of the local Geek Squad would hang and install the TV mount is what I thought might happen. I soon found out my TV mount was being installed by a sub contractor of BB that kept trying to deviate from the scheduled time which intern caused a week plus delay of hanging a TV on the wall. The tram that did finally complete the install was was exceptionally proficient and professional .. if you choose to go this route before leaving the store the logistics.. ask for actual geek squad .

Not worth the cost. I knew there’d be an extra cost to hide the wires behind the wall or inside a tube, no problem. But they didn’t bring anything with them to do any of those things.
