Coordination issues

Ordered with delivery of the TV and mounting kit, but the delivery day came and went with no installation. Had to call Bestbuy multiple times to get it delivered and installed. Once that was done, the job was well done and everything mounted fine.

3rd party persons
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I paid for the set up installation I thought it would be some one from geek squad. Instead 2 ununiformed males responded in separate personal cars. They rang the bell and had no identification, only stated they were here from Best Buy to install a tv. As I spoke to them they informed me they have a third party contract with Best Buy and don’t work directly with them. I thought that’s great that they are creating job opportunities but I did not like the fact that they were not uniformed in any way or had identification. Letting them in initially had me a bit nervous.
