Wasn’t what I expected.

Got it mounted on the wall, plugged it in, went over the remote and called it a day. For the money I paid, I had expected a bit more.

Geek squad installed tv quickly but lacked patienc

They mounted the tv set without any issues. Had to ask them to connect sound bar which they should have known already they were supposed to do. Had ask them to connect a couple of apps. Had to ask them to go through the tv and remote features and how to use them. One of them flew through them but I managed to catch a couple. Didn’t want to keep longer-seemed like they were late for date!!!! Have had much better experience with other geek squad techs.

Bad Buy

Purchased 12-16 finally delivered 1-3 after three times, Each time I waited at my home ALL DAY. The first Delivery 12-24-24 set TV up took 3 hours and TV did not work no problem that happens then waited 7 days Christmas I understand next appointment the TV was open and no remote in the box!! Wait another 8 days finally delivered. I called and went to the store and no one would help me or expedite the process you have to wait 8 days. I asked what can you offer me the reply we must have the TV on the wall before we can offer you something for your troubles. I was told I would be contacted by the Dedham store but have heard nothing. It was a TERRIBLE exprence the worst part no one helped me and WAITING in my home for 3DAYS
