The Geek Squad team that removed my recently installed 77” LG G3 and remounted it with a new Sanus mount on 11/2/23 did a great job! I had some very real concerns about the TV, which was much heavier than my last one, being mounted on my wall without being attached to the studs, which, based on previous installations, I did not think was possible. Austin and John not only took the time to patiently listened to my concerns but then acted on them to be innovative in their placement of the mount in a tight spot and did actually find a way to anchor it into the studs. They also did some extra work to sure up the wall by filling previous holes made by previous mounts with bolts. I now can watch my TV without any fear whatsoever of it eventually falling off my wall! Beyond this, they were efficient with notifying me about their arrival and did clean, careful and exact work while here. I couldn’t be happier with the installation, and really appreciate them doing a great job in an era where service providers are often not performing at that level, in my experience anyway.

The agent not only made quick work of mounting and setting up my TV - he also saved me money. My old (heavy) LCD TV was on a wall mount that sagged (came with our new house). I purchased a replacement TV and wall mount. Once the old TV was off the mount, the agent pointed out that one part of the existing mount was upside-down. Quick fix - and no need for the new mount!

I recently bought a 65" TV and wall mount, which was expertly mounted by the Geek Squad. They made sure that I was 100% happy with the location and position of the TV, and made sure it was perfectly level. They made sure I knew how everything works before they left. Sure, I could mount my own TV, but it was nice to have time to work on some other things while the Geek Squad took care of it.

The 2 Geek Squad gentlemen were fantastic! Very neat, courteous and efficient! I do need them to come back out to hook up my Bose Base Booster box, as it is not working. Thank you.

The two guys initially showed up and did all the prep together like a well oiled machine. After the lifting and heavy work was done there was one guy left and he was absolutely great. Due to a current slow internet system he was very patient and used the time to make sure I had a good education on the system. I really thought that the courteous way he spoke and acted, including very diligently putting on and taking off the shoe covers going in and out of the house. This wasn't just show, it was a deliberate caring for the customer. An overall very satisfactory experience.

They were super informative when things needed to be altered. They explained everything and even made recommendations for future attachments i might want to consider.

The picture is so crisp and amazing. The two guys that came to install were super professional. They gave me their personal number which I had to use afterwards to answer any questions. They answered without any issue or hesitation and were super helpful.

I am not sure. I thought they did a great job, the tv looks good and sturdy. But they left me feeling uneasy about using my full rotation wall mount. I bought the correct size, but was advised to limit using it otherwise tv could fall eventually. I bought the full motion so I could rotate. I checked to see if i am covered by them if it does fall, I couldn't find anything so i bought their 2 year plan today (I didnt want to) but for my peace of mind, I did. I hope I will not have to use it, especially for something like that.

I was extremely happy with my recent TV install with the Geek Squad. Guss was extremely personable, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Also left things very tidy!!!

They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and on time. They were also patient in problem solving with some of my lack of preparation....lol.

The 2 Geek Squad members who came to my home to set-up my new TV were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. They were also very accommodating, including changing the placement of the surge protector, after everything had already been plugged-in, in order to allow me to be able to plug-in additional items in the future.

Our 75” goes over the fireplace and is 6-9ft off the ground. Boy is it heavy. The agents made installation look easy and connected to everything. Great service!

Greg & Mike are so awesome. It was great to have them install my new Samsung. They had it hanging on the wall in no time at all. They were just amazing. They set up my remotes so I only need use one remote. Those 2 men are a valuable asset to your company. If I have to get a new TV soon, I would be a pleasure to have them install another anytime.

Service is always consistently great. This is the 4th TV we have had mounted by the Geek Squad. It is a hassle-free experience every time. They arrived within the scheduled timeframe, did a fast & professional job, & cleaned up by taking the box/packaging with them. They even went the extra mile by taking our old TV down to the garage for us. We had the same technician as the last TV we had mounted 2 years ago which is still solidly anchored to the wall. He is super friendly & patient when giving you a tutorial on your new TV. This service is the best way to get a worry-free clean look for the room your TV is in.
