The installation was quick, the guys were very professional and did a great job.

Geek Squad installed my TV. Very respectful of property, and answered all questions. Geek Squad were able to use my old TV mount; so I was able to return the Mount I had purchased at Best Buy. It was a few days past their 15-day return policy, but no questions asked.

Guys did a great job. Fast. took the old TV. I should have asked them to show me more about how to work it since my old TVs were not smart. they did show me the basic and showed me how to get it working. I certainly did not want to take my 80 pound tv off the wall and then mount this one.

They did a grear job and cane early.and was friendly and respectful of my belongings.and had a good converstion about electronics beacuse im experienced in that area also.and i got a discount from bestbuy instead of $250 i paid $100 for delivery and mounting/hookup.

I had a TV mounted on my chimney which was a little more complicated than going on a wall. The guys who did the installation did an excellent job and got the TV mounted the way I wanted it. No complaints.

Awesome experience with Geek Squad! They called in advance, brought all the equipment (surround equip and TV mounting) and were even prepared when a couple of snafus popped up during installation of the home theater pieces. They took care of everything and made sure I was familiar with how it all worked before cleaning up and leaving. Highly recommend!

Courteous. Timely. Called ahead of time to let me know when they’d arrive. Knowlegeable. Skilled. Top notch installation done surprisingly fast. Advised ne I could adapt and use ecisting mount and return for refund new purchased mount. And all has worked perfectly in the 6 weeks since.
