    Geek Squad, the Professionals.

    The Geek Squad team are professionals. As soon as you tell them what you require, they would advise you of any better way of completing the job, if there is any other better way. They then do the job neatly and as professionally as possible. I will always use them.

    The two agents were friendly and considerate. They removed our old tv, mounted the new one and set it all up. They even provided some suggestions on types of speakers which would work well for our living arrangements.

    Lamar from Fayetteville geek squad did an excellent job! He made sure the back wires were correctly placed behind t.v. And was very careful. Made sure t.v. Worked properly. He explained and answered all my questions. Pinehurst needs Geeks like him. Thank you Lamar.

    The installation of my tv and it's hookup to DVD players and TiVo was done quickly and well. The technicians from Geek Squad was polite and professional.

    The Best Buy employees who did our TV and soundbar mounting did a fantastic job - - they explained everything they were going to do, they did a very efficient job, and they were extremely neat with their work. Very pleasant to talk with, and completed the job in less time than estimated. Very, very satisfied!

    Good Morning, I am regrettably taking time from patient care to write the abysmal time I had with your technician. (if that is what he really is). I will start with how he called my phone not able to find the location of my house despite parking in front of my car. When I had came out to greet him, the fist thing he said was “so let me get this straight your order is for us to mount one TV…why ain’t you do that yourself”. I explained to him that he would need to take the existing TV down and replace it with the one new one. Getting defensive he exclaimed: “well I hope you know that’s gunna be extra” I replied that’s fine money is not a problem. Than he cheekily said “I hope its not cuz you gunna be charged extra I have to catch the saints game…I am not supposed to be out here this late”. Finally entering the house he demanded I show him where he will be conducting what should have not ben a monotonous ordeal. He again said “look man let me give you some advice your tv is fine as it is lets just leave it alone I have a game to catch”. Now irate from such duplitiocus behavior I said I ordered this home theater to be installed let us continue with the process. Upon entering the master bedroom he than said well do you have the stand for the old one with out it I can’t help you. Aghast I replied I do have it. Seeing the irritation on my face he said “ well I have a game to catch so if you didn’t want to do this on your own your gunna have to help me”. I of course agreed but did not take a liking to his melancholy jabs where he would say things like “you young people need to be able to do this yourself …can we throw the game on or something” While still trying to remain polite I attempted to meet his demands but could not as both tv’s were off. Finally after taking off the old tv he asked me one last time if I really wanted to do this and that he feels as though the tv is fine despite it being an outdated Samsung that is not a 4k unlike the one that I had just spent 999$ on. After seeing how determined I was to get this installed he quickly set it up where it was crooked. I showed him that this tv was crooked and that he did not use the 4k HDMI cable that I had bought (mind you I bought 2 that equated to 105$). He replied “I need you to look at this again cuz I don’t see what you saying and as for the HDMI that’s 4k you already have one set up”. Not understanding that I bought he HDMI cable thus I know wither its 4k or not he ignored me and said “ this was not what I was here to do I am here just to mount the tv not fish the wires or do anything else” [keep in mind the mount for the tv was already done previously from the other install so all he did at this point was to re mount the new tv because he refused to mount the second one above the fireplace]. Now in what seemed to be a tv show where my nerves were being tested I said you cant be serious Geek squad last time installed the hometheatre hiding the wires and told me I can make use of my non 4k wires because the tv is not 4k. After explaining to him he left the room to call his manager Chris to cancel the apt. Not realizing I was hiding behind the wall I heard the conversation. According to the supervisor he could have mounted the second tv and has all the tools to fish the 4k HDMI and did not want him to cancel the apt. The tech. replied “just cancel the apt I need to be home for the game”. Absoutletey dumb founded I walked away so he didn’t notice I was listening. He came back to my room and said “ so this what’s gunna happen I called the apt off so you wont be chargde you but I expect a tip for the service I did” completely irate I gave him thirty dollars and hoped he would help me mount the second tv and clean up the wires but instead he left leaving me with a unmounted tv not even on the stand but on the couch and bolts and screws every where. I have taken pictures and will send with the email. This has truly been the worst experience of customer service I have ever encountered. I work in the health profession as a physician and if such behavior and mindless execution ever happened there would be serious ramifications. I will take this case to Best buy corporate if it is not handled in a professional manner. I was verbally harassed and chorused in giving money for an unprofessional job. Dr. Victor Abadom

    The Geek Squad agents were fantastic. They were able to help me repurpose the incorrect bracket I purchased, ordered the proper one I needed and scheduled an appointment for a return visit to finish the job. Following my installations, they showed me how to use all of my components together.

    Put tv mount up & attached new tv. After a few days noticed tv was no longer level. My contractor was over one day & he checked. There was some adjustment the installers forgot to do, & he corrected it.

    Buying a big screen TV is definitely a time to purchase Total Tech delivery and installation. They do an outstanding job, and if you try to do it yourself and accidentally drop the TV or mishandle it, you are out the money. If they have those problems, it doesn't;t cost you a dime. Safety and Peace of Mind are definitely worth this very affordable service.

    They had to move an older mount UP higher for the new, larger TV. Because it was over a fireplace, studs ran every which way, which is why I decided to hire the Geek Squad to do the installation. I'm HAPPY I did, as the two installers were in and out (and properly masked up) in under an hour, including making sure the TV once installed on the mount worked properly. Great service all around and they even made sure to sanitize every surface they touched and took all the packing materials. Would definitely hire again for any job.

    The Geek Squad was amazing! They are professional, fast and so good! They installed our TV on the wall and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I will never have another installation other than these guys. Perfectly centered and they take into consideration all the things you would not think of - like distance from the door, light from the window, etc. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!

    Bought my TV on Saturday and it was installed on Monday. They even came earlier than the appointment time. I already had a wall mount but the TV wasn't compatible with it. The installer had one on his truck that I was able to purchase. Appreciated that I didn't have to go back to the store to purchase one and delay the installation. The installer was polite, very informative and considerate of the area where the TV was installed. He even cleaned up the floor below the area where he installed the TV. Purchasing of the Geek squad service is well worth the price.

    I've got to say, I didn't know what to expect with this service, but when the Geek Squad arrived they made everything so easy. I had the spot picked out, I said "there" and they took care of everything. Everything was mounted perfectly and it looks great. The installers were cordial and quick. Would recommend!
