The Geek Squad did the installation (wall mounting) of my 65" Samsung TV. They helped move some things for me and had me sit where I would be when watching tv and set things up according to what would be most comfortable for me then tidied up and hauled a huge box away and provided their card should I have any problems. I use the squad when I have computer problems as well.....they are terrific!

They arrived to set up and mount my new TV on time as promised, after initially committing to a general time frame. As that time approached, they contacted via phone, text and email to confirm an exact time. It totally pays to be TotalTech member subscriber as that price more than pays for itself if one was to purchase the purchase separately each time when needed.

The guys mounted my TV quickly. Took time to explain TV features and remote.

The technician was quite pleasant to work with and walked me through the early steps on using our new 48" LG TV. So glad we opted for in-house installation that would have taken hours for me to fumble through. Well worth the expense! We also had to upgrade our cable box to align with the new TV

For the money spent on install, we didn’t think it was worth what they did. They literally came, hung the tv and left and we’re out the door in maybe 10-15 mins. We were hoping they would help us run cords to all of our equipment, and make sure everything was up and running, but they stated “this was just a basic install”. They were friendly enough, and they wore protective foot covers which was appreciated to protect the floor. There’s not a “maybe” option where this survey asks if you’d recommend this geek squad service, so I’ll say no, but it would only depend on your capability. If you aren’t capable of hanging a tv, use them, but if you’re expecting more help than that, I’d say you’re better off doing it yourself, and will save a decent amount of money.

I purchased the geek squad package for my mother when I purchased her new TV for Mother's Day. Because she is not tech savvy, the Geek Squad helped set up her TV and walked her through the process of understanding her TV and how it works. She can call them anytime she has a problem, and they will come out to assist. I'm definitely glad I purchased this service!!!

The install techs took great pride in their work. They moved large, multiple televisions from different rooms, installed wall brackets. The wires and cables were neatly dressed. It was a big job. Assembled a tv console cabinet. They worked quietly and efficiently. Presented very professionally. I highly recommend. Job well done. I’m very pleased.

This team of installers were excellent. The mount that we purchased was unsuitable for our walls as the mounting holes didn't line up with our 100-year old framing. Solution- the team had one on the truck and the installation went on as planned. Measurements and set up was done with a walk - through the helped us understand the value in the service and the product that we bought

This was my first time utilizing this service and it was worth every penny. The Agents were extremely professional and right on time. They did a fantastic job mounting and securing both of my televisions. In addition, they went out of their way to make sure my job was done that day even though one of the televisions had been damaged prior to the arrival at my home. They secured a replacement, put it on hold, went to pick it up, transported it back to my home, and had it installed that same afternoon. They made certain that everything was functioning properly and that I was satisfied before they departed.
