I have had the Geek Squad come to my house 3 times in the last month (1 more visit to go). All the personnel have been WONDERFUL!! We are older and cannot install TVs and our technical knowledge is sparse; each time, the staff took their time with me and did an awesome job!

The Geek squad {2 men } were ontime, quick, and friendly. They did a perfect job and knew what they were doing; I will definitely use them again

The agents came when they said they would, opened the box and set up the tv and made sure it coordinated with my surround system and dvd player and Apple TV and set up my connection with Netflix - all within about twenty minutes. Then they took away the parts of the packing material I had asked them to. Very smooth, efficient and done with smiles. Terrific

The two gentlemen from the Geek Sqad mounted my TV, connected the sound bar and set everything up quickly and well. So glad to gave used this service. Worth every penny!

TECHNICIANS WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL

Its so nice to have professionals come in and one, two, three it’s done and installed correctly. With the installation package if any problems arise they return kindly to fix. My 7 th install, never one issue. Orlando’s Jessee in W.50 store is a real genius in this area. Yeah

The Geek Squad installed agent mounted and installed my television and connected the blue ray players as well. He removed the television box as well. Recommend Best Buy include provide neat cord/wire covering to make the installation look even more professional.

It took the agent longer to get to my house than to mount the TV. He was done in seconds! Super professional and really cool guy.

The agents were helpful and creative in installing my Samsung Frame TV. They were apologetic about the fact that Samsung does not disclose the cords and boxes which are part and parcel to the TV in its marketing; unless special measures are taken, the the cords and boxes must be installed and visible outside of the frame, meaning that the Frame looks like the TV it is, not the artwork it is supposed to resemble. The agents worked around the problem and did the best they could to minimize the appearance of the cord and box in installing the unit.

The technician was on time and completed the removal of the old TV and installation and checkout of the new TV well within the time I estimated it would take two individuals to accomplish. Not only did he modify my wall mount to accommodate the new TV. He recommended a swap of sound bar systems that now allow me to operate both TVs picture and sound systems using a single controller. Saved me both time and money.

They were EXCELLENT!! A couple of years ago around Christmas some people you contracted with, non-geek squad, installed( i use that word loosely) my 77 inch TV. They were awful. In fact it was not in the wall mount properly. I could see that when it was taken down. The Geek Squad explained what they were doing and measured everything out. I would use them again and again.

The team that came to my house to install my TV was great. I had previously installed a 52" Tv somewhat painfully and decided there was no way I was installing a 65" TV, something would get broken. The showed up on time and worked as a team to get things installed, they gave us several options/recommendations and were patient as my wife and I made decisions. The installation is very neat with no loose cables and no issues. they made sure my current smart remote would work with the install. really nice job

Two young gentlemen showed up at our door with our new TV. They were wearing mask and "booties" over their shoes. They were very professional and made sure I understood everything. They also were very good about cleaning up after the installation. They hooked up all the equipment I had and explained the remote and all the components to me. They brought their own vacuum and when they left it was like they were never there and the TV had always been mounted on the wall. I would definitely have them again. Thank you.

Great mount and the team that came to install it were nice and professional.

They were quick and easy to get my TV installed. They were very nice. HOWEVER, The one issue I had is that they charged me another $50 in cash and wouldn't provide a receipt to mount over our fire place, even though above the fire place is normal wall. There is no brick there or other things that makes it hard to install. I felt like I was getting a little duped. I tried calling the Best Buy line and was on hold for over an hour, who said I would potentially have to send them away and rebook the appointment. There was some way around that but after over an hour on hold, I gave up. I just wanted the TV installed.
