The agents did a great job on a pretty simple install and took the time to program the remote which in this case was huge. On a separate reinstall a week later of the old TV by a contracted crew -the crew never showed up. Don't settle for a contracted crew. I tried calling CRST home solutions (the sub-contractor with a one star rating), but gave up after a half an hour on hold. I had to go back to Best Buy to make sure I got the geek squad crew.

During the complete installation of my 85" tv, the technician answered every question and showed that they had an ample amount of knowledge in what they do. I thank you guys very much.

The agents for Best Buy did a great job installing the wall mount and tv in a timely fashion. They were very professional and I was very pleased with the job they did.

When the geek squad to install our television, we had no idea About the extent of the service they provide. Upon Upon arrival as they would just install the hanger and hang the television from it and that would be it. And essentially, it was. However the care in installing it was Extensive. Right down to the vacuuming of every surface that got sheetrock dust on it They wired everything I asked of them and gave detailed instructions on how to use the controls, etc. They were very professional, friendly and competent.

Overall experience, was excellent. The techs are very efficient and knowledgeable for the installations.

Definitely recommend. They were very considerate. They did a great job. We will definitely have Best Buy do the installation again.

The Geek squad who helped us from Selleck to installer where pretty good. They checked three order for the open box item and called to confirm the order was right.

our Geek Squad technician was certainly knowledgable. his expertise was evident. he got right to work in mounting our new 'Frame TV' to the wall, and then regulating the settings to our desired liking. not only pleasant, but also considerate, as he helped to guide me in setting up the account so that he could snyc my devices. then he also taught me about all the new technology so that we could enjoy all the features of this model. we would like to thank him so much for his quality and kind understanding in meeting our needs

I bought a very large tv that I wanted to get mounted on my wall. I thought I would have 2 technicians to handle the bulky size of the tv- but they only sent out 1 guy. I had my doubts, but he did a great job! He even spaced the wires from my tv to the soundbar evenly- (even though there is only a 1”gap between them)- very efficient and nice guy!

Excelent, look picture and art work feature.. The size is perfect for our wall. The Geek squad slim wall Mount was absolutely perfect. The two guys were on time, experienced and effient. The whole process fro buying it at the store to enjoying the tv in our home was seamless! Thank you Best Buy!

The Geek Squad crew were prompt and very efficient, installing a large and heavy TV on the wall.

Extremely nerve racking as how far from the wall this mount moves and angles, but with ease. Geek squad installed in perfect spot!!

Geek Squad guy John came to our house and installed our new Toshiba 43" TV over our fireplace. He was extremely careful to not cause any damage; and took his time looking over the entire setup first to make sure he got it right on the first take. He was also very respectful of our home, making sure he wore booties so as not to track anything in our our carpet. He was also very pleasant to talk to, and informative about the product and what to expect. He sold me an extra Geek Squad contract in order to save me money overall... in other words, he made sure I got the best deal possible. Thanks John!

Agents did an excellent job hanging my television and hooking up all components necessary. They were very efficient and polite.

The install guys were excellent. They took their time and made several adjustments so the TV hung perfectly. Also solved a rear speaker sound issue on second LG TV. Very professional

I had bought a 85” TV that had a stand the stuck out from the surface it was on. After getting a couple of kittens, I thought it best to go into Best Buy and use this service. It was well worth the price for me. Since there were two of them, I didn’t have to do any lifting. And, one of them knew how to do this like the back of their hand. So, it was a very short job for them. The only issue they had was my indecisiveness on how high I wanted it.

Very nice, polite and respectful. Did the set up, answered questions. Cleaned up area and asked if everything was done to my satisfaction. Would request them for another install if needed.

I could not speak more highly about the people who installed my picture. They were so precise, delightful & explained everything i asked. I had to have my first screen tv exchanged & insisted upon the same people i initially met even though i had to wait a little longer to schedule with them
