They did a great job. However Best Buy charged us an extra $129.99 because it was over a fire place. Geek Squad didn't have to do anything extra - they were in and out is an hour and a half as they were able to use our existing mounting. We feel the extra $129.99 was just a money maker for Best Buy.

I’m impressed with their expertise in setting up my AI LG 55” TV and the surround sound system. I’m now enjoying my newTV with its superb sound. My families, guests and friends surely will enjoy any TV shows, sports or blBkue-ray DVDs

It was a difficult install getting the cables run through the conduit in the wall. Installers were persistent and got the job done.

This was a replacement of a similar sized TV which was already mounted and connected to my AV system. The agents were able to quickly add the mounting hardware to the new TV and mount it, work with me to figure out how to adapt the connections to the existing AV receiver and video components, get me through an initial setup, and give me some pointers on using the apps. The agents were courteous and competent and efficient, and respectful of COVID-19 masking.

I requested that Geek Squad members, rather than contractors, be provided for the service, and he was absolutely terrific. Prior tech services had messed up the surround sound and speakers, and the Geek Squad not only set up the new TV, but made sure that all of the peripherals were working properly. They also showed me how to operate the various controls so I'd be comfortable with the set-up. The technician was professional, patient, communicated clearly, and knew his stuff!

INSTALLERS ARIVED ON TIME AND MOUNTED MY NEW SAMSUNG ON THE WALL MOUNT ... SET UP CONNECTIONS AND REMOTES.. THEN CLEANED UP ... NO PROBLEMS AT ALL

I trusted the Geek Squad to mount my mom new tv on the wall. i wasn't present at the time of installation but the job was perfect. My mom who was present at the my of installation described the technicians as "angels" she was left very satisfy which is a very hard thing to do.

Josh and Noah were awesome! They were very professional with the install and did such a great job! They also even mounted our Dtv box to the back of the tv. They also zip tied the wires to make it look presentable. Got our remotes working. Set up some settings on our TV and even cleaned our screen. Plus they were super friendly and you can tell they really take pride in their work! We couldn't be happier!

My install was absolutely great. The techs were friendly. They were respectful of my new home. They were fast, efficient and informative! Made sure the tv was delivered within the time frame provided, communicated with us during the entire process, made sure everything was working, provided suggestions, and cleaned up afterwards. It was my first home service from geek squad and I’ll be using them again

Easy install. Matched up to the wall studs. Can pull it out, turn it and watch from the kitchen. Have to manipulate a little when pushing it back into place.

I normally do all my installation of gadgets myself, but I recently had surgery and just wasn't up for it. I wasn't expecting much from the install guy, but wow, he was awesome! Not only did he make the mount strong enough that someone could hang off of it, but he also knew his way around the menus of the TV and soundbar so well that it was like lightning. He explained everything in detail and was just fantastic. He knew his stuff and was pleasant to work with. I could not be happier with the installation. The TV looks great, and the service was the best I have ever received from ANY Best Buy employee, period.

The agents that mounted the TV were excellent! They were very thorough with the entire project of installing the wall mount, installing the in-wall power kit, and mounting the tv. Both of the Geek Squad techs were extremely knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I would highly recommend this team!

The installation team came to the office when I was not there. They did not approve of the location of the outlet and left without installing the TV and mount rather than trying to find a solution. They did not charge us for a return visit. When they came back, they installed the mount and stripped the bolts. I called them back and they promptly returned to change the bolts. I understand installation must be done specifically to maintain warranties and I do not fault them for refusing to install the mount initially. While I was upset they would leave us with stripped bolts they more than made up for it with their professionalism and courtesy.

Extremely professional and efficient, easy and not a pain

The two installers called ahead of arrival, introduced themselves upon arrival and went right to work. Very personable and took extra care to make sure everything worked with explanations.

Collin was very quick and methodical when hanging our 5 TV's. He took great care in making sure they were hung were we wanted them.

The 2 gentlemen that installed our new TV were EXCELLENT. Called ahead of time to let us know they were running a bit behind so we didn't wonder where they were. Came in & installed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable & friendly. Made sure TV powered up & they even helped set it up to our WiFi.
