I had already sent a commendation letter to our local Best Buy on the service provided by the Geek Squad in installing my huge TV on my existing bracket. They hooked up my TV helped me install my apps and I was up and running in no time. Thanks to my huge TV purchase, they also hauled away my old overly huge TV!!!

I have used Geek Squad twice now. The first time was a young man and woman. They were quick in and out. Maybe 4 stars but only because they didn't ask me about the height they installed the TV on the wall and it really should have been about 1.5 inches higher. But this last time... I can't rave enough. Ex-military man probably mid 40s. Just superb. His supervisor called for a review about 3 days after installation and I went on and on. That is exactly what in-home installation is supposed to be like!

The team did a great job with the installation. We’re very happy and are enjoying the new set up. Such a difference having our TV mounted on the wall, as the poor credenza was starting to sag in the middle from the weight of the TV. It’s a relief to have it mounted properly and we so appreciate that we didn’t have to try to do it ourselves..

I would not hesitate for even a second, to have JJ install another product. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely considerate when I asked questions.

I've already done this but will do it again. The agent who delivered and installed my TV was outstanding. He set up a base to attach the TV too which worked perfectly AND he knew how to do it quickly. The TV went on the base perfectly. He also connected the TV to the internet and set up the parameters for the TV. Lastly, he carried out an old, bulbous TV by himself when he was supposed to have someone with him to help.

Two Geek Squaders showed up with the TV and tools. They moved the old TV upstairs to the walk-out attic, covered the old TV with the packaging for the new TV, then installed the new TV, making sure it was level with the room. Then the senior person took the remote and gave us a lesson on how to use the set, get to the internet, and how to program the TV to do various functions. When they left, they took it all with them, and we are happy campers. All work as advertised and we are in good shape.

The geek squad are very meticulous in their mounding of my TV and I do appreciate the Their promptness. And they cleaned up the work area after the installation. I am very happy with the guys that came for the installation!

We were getting 3 TVs mounted. Geek squad brought 3 guys to get the job done quickly but unfortunately we were waiting for 2 of them to be delivered that same. They mounted the 1 we had and one of the guys waited for the others to be delivered. We appreciate the fact that the geek squad guy waited! It would’ve been a nightmare if we needed to mount them ourselves but he hung out for almost an hour without any complaints! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to come and mount our TVs!!
