The agents that mounted my TV and connected it to my device was very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions. The job was done in a timely fashion. Again, very professional, knowledgeable and great service overall. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them for future projects.

Zack and his associate did an outstanding job of installing my new Sony X90K and mounting my Sony 900E. I wasn't sure if the mount I already had would work with the 900E but they made it work and it looks great. I buy a lot of TV's from Best Buy and will request Zack the next time I need installation. One of the best experiences I have had.

Billie Phillips, the agent who mounted my TV and coordinated it with my sound system, was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make my systems work well together and explained everything thoroughly. He lowered the TV wall mount to the right position for my viewing and corrected issues created by the previous agent. He also advised me on what equipment I needed and did not need. I am very thankful Billie was my agent!

The Geek Squad installed our new TV to the mount we had and attached the sound bar we had to the new TV. They arrived on time, they were efficient and they stayed until they were sure all the components worked together. They stayed until we were able to use all the remotes with all the parts of the system. Spectrum cable, Apple TV box, Samsung TV and Vizio sound bar. Very pleased.

this installation was not like the previous install we had at our old place. SO much run around that we were hesitant to have Best buy install again. One guy... ONE. He handled our 70" samsung like it was an apple. Quick and easy. This guy needs to open his own business.

This TV mount works very well. This is the first time I have used a mount for my TV. I decided to go with one due to the size. I had Best Buy install the mount for me. The installation team did a great job. They arrived on time and had the TV mounted without any problems.

Initially, we had some trouble as one of the guys had a medical emergency. However, Best Buy was able to get someone to a home eventually and the guys did great job. Very friendly and professional.

The mounting was great! They know what they are doing. However, I have a serious issue with my credit card statement. I visited the store twice with this issue and each time I was told that the issue was resolved, but the issue is still unresolved. The statement shows the purchase of a TV that I did not purchase, but I purchased a lower-priced TV. The statement also does not display the name of the item that I purchased. This created a complex issue. The statement should be straight forward. I was planning to buy a new washer and dryer, but because of these issues, I have decided to go to R. C Willis to make that purchase rather than Best Buy.

Great job, highly recommend!!! The guys were very professional and courteous, knew all about the ins and outs of what they were doing.

The two Geek Squad menders did a great job. Call first to let me know they were on their way. Arrived on time. Instillation went smoothly. Connect the TV to my sound system. Set up the cable box remote and firestick remote. Gave very helpful advice. I highly recommend having the Geek Squad do the instillation.

I can’t say enough good things about the geek squad team that came to my house. They are efficient friendly no their stuff completely. My television looks great. They did an amazing job. You can’t go wrong having the geek squad come and take care of your electronics for you they are amazing.
