These guys were great. They were very professional and made sure everything work and explains things. They were Mr Clean as to the Install.

The agents did an outstanding mounting my Samsung TV, connecting it to my existing equipment, i.e. sound system and DVD player and internet. They also instructed me on the use of the remote and gaining access to my apps on the TV. Great job Geek Squad.

We had a very good experience with men that came to install the wall mount for our new smart tv. They were very courteous to us and conscious of keeping our home clean and tidy as they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently but also took the time to go over the things we needed to know and answered all of the questions we had.

Rob was so nice and personal and did a great job of getting our tv in and getting it hung on the wall. He was very conscious of meeting our needs and wanted to make sure we were happy. Great personality. Highly recommend.

The TV is excellent. Great picture and easy to use. Love the Netflix, Prime and U tube option for screen saver.

I was so impressed and satisfied with my whole experience with the 2 geek squad individuals that were sent over to mount my TV that i did something i never do, gove a review, not to mention actively looking in my emails for this review request when usually they're deleted before I've read the subject line. From start to finish these guys were so respectful, and pleasant with my family and with the great care to not damage anything. All the while patient with my young ones who were doing their best to delay them in their jobs, with no change in their professional demeanor. Even offering their numbers should we have any questions after they left, in case our kids distracted us from thinking of all the questions we had, leaving no mess and taking care of the old stuff and the boxes the tv and mount came in which they doubled down in their great customer service by offering to also take a bunch of old useless boxes that have been piling up for years which we quickly said yes to soon as we got over our surprise. Tv looks great by the way and is in a great spot which we couldnt decide on but they worked hard to help us look at various options we were unsure of. I've had some bad customer service during the pandemic and with the great resignation from younger workers so it made my day to have my lowered expectations not only met but exceeded to such a degree.

Best Buy is always my favorite place to purchase anything that needs to be installed because your Geeks are just the BEST! They always know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. PLUS they are always thoughtful, kind and even FUN! GREAT JOB!!!!

The Geek Squad personnel who came home to fix the TV and the Sound System were the best. They were so friendly, patient, and even provided suggestions/recommendations on TV positioning, sound system location, etc. The work they did was perfect.

These guys are the best. Always come in , get the work done with no issues. In my old house other installers start making excuses why this may be a challenging install, but the geek squad just gets the work done and does it well!

We have a remote A/V closet, with A/V equipment connected to the TV with HDMI extenders and CAT 6 cable. Our old TV lost the picture, or so we thought. We bought a new TV and Geek Squad installation but experienced the same issue. The Geek Squad rescheduled another installation visit with Michael, the "Double Agent" home theatre specialist. Meanwhile, I purchased new equipment, upgrading the extenders to 4k, ARC capable, and a new receiver, to try and cover all of the bases. It was determined that the A/V receiver video processor was the culprit. The local BB store, the local Geek Squad, and national Geek Squad help line team were professional and diligent to help me solve the problems with my system. So much so that I was worried that they might add additional charges to my install. They did not. They turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a good one.

The technician was professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. He was careful during the installation and cleaned up when he was finished.

Bentley and Reilly hooked up my new Samsung 40 inch TV and stand during the pandemic. They were very professional and careful regarding masks, etc. They did an excellent job for me. I was wondering why I did not get a survey at that time. They were very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. They were excellent representatives of the Geek Squad.

The two-member team who delivered and set up my 65 inch were fantastic! Dalton and Molly did such an amazing job of installation onto a brick fireplace! They worked extremely well together, were immaculate in my home with shoe covers, masks, and clean up. Not a speck out of place when they left. They apprised me of arrival with texts, arrived on time, and answered all of my (many) questions. The installation itself was professional and perfect!
