I have used the geek squad services ti have 2 TVs (a 50" and a 75"). This was with 2 different installation teams and both were excellent. The one who did the 50" installation which included mounting and setup also had ti add a plastic wire conduit running down the wall to hide the wires from the TV. He did a very neat job. The team that did the 75" spent a lot of time with me adjusting the height and position of the TV for optimized viewing. Both teams were polite and efficient. I would highly recommend the service.

Our technician came to the house exactly when he said he would! He installed the TV mount quickly and was a nice great guy! This is the second time I’ve used BB for an installation. And I’m sure I’ll use them again.

The crew showed up on time and communicated their schedule before arriving. They sized up the existing setup and decided to make some slight adjustments with the mounting kit. Measured 3 times and moved it once to exactly where it needed to be centered above our fireplace. Awesome, job, clean, all adjustments made, reviewed features and even helped me move our old TV out of the way. Very pleased with the service. Thank you!

I recently purchased a 55” TV and decided to have the Geek Squad mount the TV and do all the hook-ups. The money was well spent. The installers arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. The end result is just about perfect. The TV is wall-mounted, the Geeks did their work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, programmed the remote and were gone within a couple of hours. The Geeks were friendly, polite and did everything necessary and they made sure we were comfortable with the installation. Great job!

They mounted the LG C1 65” to my Whalen Xavier promptly. I removed all my devices and their wires before they arrived to make their job easier and reduce risk of damage to said devices. All I had to do was provide the mounting parts and connect the TV to the wi-fi so they could take a picture of it installed and in working order for their records. Great value due to the Totaltech membership I have.

Under the current COVID conditions, I had my new tv & other accompanying equipment installed by the Geek Squad team of Matt & Michael. They were AWESOME! Their professionalism, attention to detail & commitment to extreme safety during the pandemic conditions was exceptional! Everything was installed to my expectations, looks great & works fabulously! Thx guys for a job very well done! I highly recommend they send you for the next time I need Geek Squad support for my devices.

The guys from the GS were in contact with us prior to install updating us with arrival time etc. They arrived at agreed upon time and quickly installed mount and tv. They made sure all options were working properly and showed us several key points to ensure our satisfaction. Very Happy with their service.

My geek squad crew was excellent. They wall mounted an 86 inch TV in my family room. When they opened the box they noticed the screen was cracked. They apologize profusely for the mishap. I told them I understood as it was not their fault. They rushed to the store picked up a brand new one and came back and mounted it for me. I really appreciated their follow through on ensuring that my needs were met.

The agents installed my bracket n tv with sound bar and set tv up. They were well knowledgeable in all areas, professional and very friendly. I was impressed.

I could have hung the tv myself, but it was free with the service plan I have so I had it done, and dude did a much better job than I would have in half the time, if I had to pay the full price, I probably would have done it myself, but definitely worth it

The 3rd party service arranged by BB was amazing. They were in and out in 30 minutes. They delivered the TV and installed the mount I purchased elsewhere professionally and perfectly. They took the time to level it and show me how it worked as it was clearly a mount they had used before. I would absolutely recommend John and Byron again from Mastek

The agents did a great job. The tv was fitted directly in the spot needed. It could have been challenging but they knew what they were doing and did it exactly as it should have been done. Outstanding all the way around.

The Geek Squad was on time,mounted the TV connected the sound bar and showed me how to use the TV's app to setup. Very pleasant and took out all the boxes.

The Best install and removal ever. The Geek Squad team was just awesome. Their care and concern for my TV and residence was top notch. I usually due these myself, but for price with this delicate large panel install it was so worth the price. Great job and top notch people.

The agent that delivered and installed my TV was super! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions! He also cleaned up everything and took it with him. I don't know if it's something he did or if it's the nature of the beast, but it now takes me both my TV remote and my cable remote to start the TV. That's my only complaint. Otherwise, I was extremely pleased!

Our new TV was mounted perfectly and she fully set up and explained the operation and answered all of our questions.
