Best thing I ever did was to have the Geek Squad set up my TV. They put together the TV stand [for which there were no directions] easily hooked it up to the cable & DVR and went thru all kinds of settings that I didn’t even know existed. Then showed me how to use the new remote control to switch between everything that my smart TV could do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that everyone do this.

These folks sure know how to get a job done and do it right. I would trust the GEEK Squad to do any job and get it done quick. They came to my home installed the wall mount, put up the 85 inch Sony TV, connected to the internet and all my devices in about an hour. What a superb job.

Due to an arm injury I am unable to hang the tv myself. So I hired Geek Squad to install it for me. They did a fantastic job. They placed it right where I wanted it, made sure it was level and hooked up my cable box. Highly recommend their services

We determined that the wall wasn't strong enough to mount the TV we'd selected and instead chose to build a shelf instead. The Geek guy was helpful and patient, returning to finish the installation after we'd had the shelf made and to troubleshoot a few issues with the cable modem and remote.

I bought a 77" tv, and didn't have a buddy to help install. So Geek Squad to the rescue. I asked the installers to do the install "my way". the tv was to be wall mounted. Which they obliged. They were courteous, willing to do a custom install, ran the wires the way I asked, and speedy. They called ahead and brought all the necessary tools and parts. It was a great experience

Set up was very quick and easy, the two agents that arrived were even early for the appointment, worked very quickly and were polite and friendly during the process. No complaints!

The 2 installers showed up and were very friendly ask where I wanted the TV mounted. Installed with the purchased in wall wire kit purchased. Did a good job checked after installation showed how to work the remote and cleaned up afterwards

Do yourself a favor! Let the Geek Squad mount your tv. It saved us so much time, stress, headache etc etc. . I actually paid the yearly fee to keep them handy. They did a beautiful job installing an 85’ flat screen and running the wires behind the wall. Very pleased with the outcome. The team was clean, respectful, fast and took the time to explain new features and cool tricks to apps . Highly recommend.

Our “Geek Squadr” agent was punctual, professional and fully prepared to install our new TV, the new mounting bracket and connect the system to our cable and wi-fi network. When he completed the system set-up, he was able to explain the functions it would provide to us and what to do, if there were any issues regarding any problems with their interface. My wife and I are very pleased with the job and the information we were provided.

It was a real please having tech (Mark) in my home. He had the highest level of knowledge, professionalism, and coutesy.

For starters , the guys wore masks and booties ( nice touch on our new carpet). They knew exactly what to do, and did a quality install job, They explained how to work the Samsung remote, and made all the necessary setup connections, even attaching my cable box to the rear of the set so it is hidden. (Nice). They even had a vacuum to clean up the wood shavings from the wall bracket install, and the styrofoam from the boxes.

The company they sent out was awesome. Super professional and easy to work with. Great guys did a fantastic job!

The service men who mounted my TV were friendly, knowledgeable, and expert.

We had them install it because we could not get there.. the installer contacted my son the day before he was coming to install it and told him we had the wrong brace but not to worry he would pick the right one up and bring it with him the next day for the installation!
