The techs came on time, mounted my tv with speed and experience. They then set it up with my accounts showing me how and also showed me a few things on how to use the new features of my tv. Absolutely great service. Couldn't ask for more.

I'm a My Best Buy Total member so this service was no added cost. I was a little skeptical I wouldn't be charged extra but I wasn't. The installer worked quickly, installed the tv mount, in-wall cable concealer, and my tv pretty quickly, without any mistakes.

The purchase went well and the Geek Squad tech was great. Edgar (my tech) explained everything in detail. You would not have known it was a wall installation because there was not a spec of plaster dust anywhere. He even advised me to get a smaller cable box from Comcast so he could place it on the back of the wall mount. PERFECT!!!! Just another reason I am happy to be a member of Total Tech support.

Service was great my only compliant was that the price that was told to me me was way different after service was rendered.

The two Geek Squad team members worked together to quickly remove our existing television and replace it with our new one. They used a level to be sure it was properly mounted, made sure that the new tv interfaced with our existing remote controls as well as our router.

Guys showed up on time, were very courteous and did everything possible to make the installation smooth and quick. Great service!

the crew was prompt and effecient in their task. synched all the components as requsted. The installer had a trainee with him and was very instructive to the trainee to ensure he knew what to do in the future. THe installer was Kyle Johnsona and I appreciate his professionalism and efforts. Everything works very well

These guys were in and out. Set up was flawless. They remove my old wall mount, moved the mount a little, installed 75 inch, sound bar and 4k DVD. However, if they install for you don't let them install an optical sound cable, if you have an earc or acr hdmi, do the 4k hdmi cable. The installer thought the opitical would handle all the sound format, which in fact, it only handles two formats. The sound was noticeable after I removed the opitical and installed the hdmi. Very noticeable.

The geek squad were punctual,knowledgeable,efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The installer was courteous and offered my two different looks for installation and explained the advantages/disadvantages of both. Once I picked, he quickly went about his work, showed me how to adjust the TV and even tucked away the cable box to improve the look and function. He cleaned up all the debris and left no trace he'd even been there. I referred him to my son, who later installed the same device at his home,

What a great television - sound, picture and easy to use

The colors are possibly OVERLY BRILLIANT... not totally true to life. But lovely TV and worked like a charm. We had Geek Squad install - very professional and efficient.
