Our new 65” TV was mounted in our media Room by the Geek Squad. Everything was done. As requested. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

These guys were really great! They were fast, explained everything to me. Installed really well. Cleaned everything up and patiently taught me how to download all my apps needed. Really amazing guys. I highly recommend them.

Service was good. One technician called in sick, but the person who came was able to get the job done efficiently. The in-wall outlet was not installed because of an obstruction in my wall; however, this was no fault of the technician. It only caused some holes in my walls that she patched with the spackling I provided.

Majestic was very helpful after they had did the Mounting and getting it set up. He took time to help Us know what to do with certain fucntions etc. to get the most out of all the dollors we had spent on our new Home Theatre System.. Showed tons of patience with us his customers by providing us in a way we could understand so there hopefully would not be any issues for Us once he had left.

We had 4 wall mounts and 4 TV's to be installed. They worked as fast as they could and did a very good job.

I know many people have bad things to say about there service, but for us, it was EXCELLENT. The 2 guys were very detail-oriented and carefully installed and configured our new TV and sound system. They also carefully mounted an older TV in our bedroom. They were very careful with everything and did an excellent job!

We bought the 85” Samsung Tv for our Christmas present this year. Treated ourselves to the geek squad delivery and set up. Talk about enjoying watching someone else doing the work! It was great!! They had to swap out the imput connection because we have it in the wall and this tv needed a longer one. No problem, they had one and went right to fishing it through just like it was suppose to be. We’re happy with their professionalism and work ethics. And they were on time exactly!!

The installer, Chris, was fantastic! He showed up on time and was very efficient in completing the installation. We were a little nervous when he showed up by himself, but he proved us wrong and demonstrated that this was a one man job....it was clearly not his first time doing this! And he took the time to pair the TV with my Comcast remote and showed me all the functionality. Great job!

I'm grateful for the fine work that my techs did to adjust the positioning of my TV. I was unsure of whether I could do the move and Best Buy's techs made it look all too easy. They had a great demeanor and very helpful. Many thanks.

These guys were professional, quick and extremely helpful. They set up my stand and TV quickly and cleaned up all the packaging.

Service tech was nothing less than outstanding. He removed old wall hung tv and replaced with new 55" tv. Old tv was heavy so he called in for an assistant to help remove from wall. He then mounted a new adjustable wall mount and hung the tv. Tech was exceptionally neat in appearance.

The GS are always great but these guys saved my day. The studs (I mean the lumber in my wall, not the GS guys, although I'm sure they are perfectly adequate) turned out to be spaced incorrectly so the wall mount I ordered wouldn't work. They had an alternate on the truck. Delayed gratification situation avoided. Thanks guys. You're the Best! Pun intended.

The agent mounted my TV without any issues and connected all my devices. He offered to take my old tv for disposal and I was more than happy to let him.

The tech who removed the old tv and installed the new one was excellent. Did his job efficiently, hooked everything up and explained everything about how to operate the tv. He even took away the box so I wouldn't have to figure a way to put it out for the trash pickup (also not to advertise that we have a new tv!). Installation was much quicker than expected, especially at Christmas.

The guys came and mounted the TV and setup speakers with the receiver I had. However, they were unable to integrate the house speaker system into the receiver which was a let down. Other geek squad teams have been more knowledgeable. But otherwise, they did a great job in mounting the TV and setting up the sound system for the TV.
