The two techs were very knowledgeable and wall mounted my 86 inch in no time at all. Great techs.

The guys came and mounted the TV and setup speakers with the receiver I had. However, they were unable to integrate the house speaker system into the receiver which was a let down. Other geek squad teams have been more knowledgeable. But otherwise, they did a great job in mounting the TV and setting up the sound system for the TV.

I am so happy with the service and professional treatment I received. They mounted my TV, Dish, Apple TV, and sound bar, above my fireplace. No wires were showing! They made sure everything was up and running and asked me if I had any questions! Great job!

The agents explained the process and options. They removed my old TV, were very friendly, hooked up all my devices, and left my home as clean as when they arived. Well done.

We purchased our new home in June and quickly found out we were going to need a professional to mount our tv on our stone fireplace. Struggling with options; we went to Best Buy and found the answer. Geek squad came on time and with our purchased mount and mounted our TV on a very 3 dimensional stone with absolute perfection. They took their time and did it the right way, and we’re friendly and personable as they were doing it! My tv looks amazing up there and I sleep soundly knowing it won’t fall off the wall!

The staff that came out and mounted my 65" tv with the new tv mount I purchased were very professional and very knowledgeable. They asked me how and where I wanted it mounted , explained to me the viewing angles I could use. They were Truly great ambassadors to Best Buy. These guys were wonderful! They arrived when they were supposed to, saw that the TV I had was not in working order, asked me to go online and buy one, if from Best Buy, they would deliver it and install it another time AND not charge me for a second visit. I went online, bought the TV, they rescheduled the installation, and I paid for the TV through their cell phone app. No fuss, no muss. Really great service!

The Geek Squad members that did the installation of my TV and wall mount were very helpful and professional. It was done in a timely manner and with care. They asked me to what eye level I wanted the TV mounted and answered some questions I had. I was concerned that a third party was going to do the installation instead of Geek Squad after reading other reviews but this was not case.

Very professional team. They went out of their way to accommodate all our requests as far as mounting out tv. They also answered all our questions about operating the TV after they gave us a basic rundown and they did not leave until we were comfortable operating our new tv. They were friendly, respectful, and just two very nice gentlemen. So glad we chose Best Buy and the Geek Squad to install our new tv.

These guys were the best. Specifically the two that came and mounted mine. Really top tier guys. Took time to make sure my TV was at the exact right eye level while we talked about anime and silly nonsense. Pretty good experience.

The installers were not Geek Squad but did the work and were very professional and quick, but I didn't realize before they left that the only speaker on was the TV which was not loud enough, but I could hear it When I contacted Best Buy and explained the problem to them, they were very quick to help fix the problem. Best Buy sent another installer out and they found that the auxiliary speakers were not connected and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with everyone's help.

GS arrived on time after notifying me of their scheduled day. Very helpful and respectful of our home TV and wall mounting. After the install GS made sure all my other devices were connected and working. A flawless install along with professional services made my new TV all the more enjoyable. The only word that comes to mind is FANTASTIC! The installation team (Chad & Tony) we’re incredible! Not only they were great with there work, Chad & Tony really cared about us, the customer! In fact, before leaving they “thanked “ us for allowing them to come into our house! That amazed my wife to no end!! I would highly recommend the Geek Squad to all!!!

The husband and wife team came out on time, and installed the new TV and mounted it on the wall. They were a heck of a team, and were a pleasure to see a couple working together. So nice and friendly, and they were efficient and quick, cleaned up the area when they left. A real pleasure to have them.

Geek Squad guys showed up on schedule and did an unusual installation (for them) in my living room, quickly and efficiently. No complaints and they were professional and friendly. I have used them before and their work to ensure they installed everything correctly and to prove it all works and to show me how to operate everything was excellent!
