Sterling was fast friendly and did an excellent job on the installation. Was informed about arrival time via text and email. There was no surprise with the visit. I was able to plan my day and not be stuck at home waiting all day.

Can't say enough good about Best Buy's In-home consulting and installation service. Christian came to our house, measured the space and assessed what would work best for picture and sound. Then he met us at the store and helped us select the best value, with no pressure. After trying out a 55" TV for a week or so, we asked to trade up to a 65". Both the initial and second installations went very well without any problems. We highly recommend Best Buy for this service.

Installation was outstanding. Arrived on time after text and call to confirm on their way. Technicians (Brandon) were fast and professional. Courteous and very helpful with information. Placed the tv precisely where I wanted. Connected all devices, including cable tv box, and ran service test to confirm everything was working properly. Cleaned up after themselves. On Oct.28, 2021, Lacey from the Geek Squad did our wall mount for a new T.V. She also adjusted other T.V. Comcast boxes and handsets. Additionally, she was incredibly informative and explained many things to me and encouraged me to call her if I needed any help. Appointment was conducted in a timely manner and I was given updates before. Great service.

On time, notified me when on the way. Professional install team, cleaned up after themselves. Very knowledgeable.

Was very professional and knowledgeable. They asked me to to make sure I was completely happy with the installation and the placement. They wanted to know if there was anything they can do or any questions they could answer before they leave and made sure that I was 100% happy gave me a contact number to call if I think of anything or changed my mind about the placement.

These guys were in and out leaving only a cloud of dust and the two televisions on the wall placed in the exact right place. They really knew what they were doing and hooked everything up and really were in an out in less than half an hour. They worked quickly and effectively. There was no real cloud of dust as they brought their vacuum to clean up and any wall board dust. They were polite and impressive with their efficiency.

The geek squad showed up right on schedule, briniging my new 77inch TV with them. They took tge old TV down and mounted the new one and then carefully hooked up all the connections for my surround sound and multiple media components.

The techs who installed BOTH of my TVs AND soundbar on the walls were professional and knowledgeable. They were very efficient and cared about the customers viewing experience. I would ONLY recommend Best Buys Install Services for the home theatre and TV Mounting.

Christian Gonzalez and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They mounted our new TV quickly and took the time to set it up and explain the new features. This is our first new TV in 15 years so definitely appreciated them taking the time.

Tom and Antonio went above and beyond in securing a TV to replace the one well had ordered. They were expeditious at installing even setting up streaming apps! Their customer service turned what could have been a disappointing and frustrating experience into a stellar one!!

The installation exceeded my expectations because of the installers - Carl and his partner were exceptional. They were polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
