I used the Geek Squad’s TotalTech Service to deliver such a big TV and its Sound Bar since I did not want to try to be creative with packing/driving it home. The two men that delivered my new Sony TV and Speakers did as expected, with one minor fault on both of our parts regarding the vibrant nature of the picture quality - I did not ask them to adjust it and they did not ask if the picture quality was what we wanted. The vibrant pictures/images were almost too glaring to comfortably watch from now to the end of my TV’s time and I may have had to call them out again. However, I am tech-minded and consider this to be a simple LOL type of situation, since I can easily make the adjustments to my liking. Other folks may have thought to ask for the vibrancy to be adjusted before the guys left, but these “other folks” may not have thought about it until the shiny new ownership wore off and felt the need for the Geek Squad to make a second house call. The potential for a second house call is the only point of contention in this matter.

The agents did a great job hanging and installing the TV & soundbar. One negative…they did NOT have the cables we needed on the truck. I had to leave the house, drive to Best Buy to get the necessary cables. The store associate told me that the Geek Squad would have the cables needed with them. That downgraded my review.

They did a great job setting up tv and helping with all I needed. They made suggestion to as wasn’t happy with tv option.

Sterling was fast friendly and did an excellent job on the installation. Was informed about arrival time via text and email. There was no surprise with the visit. I was able to plan my day and not be stuck at home waiting all day.

The two reps that came swiftly got my 85" Sony TV up a flight of stairs and expertly installed the bracket and asked me where to drill and all of that. I told them they are the experts, so I went with what they suggested and everything has been hunky-dory. Very quick service, they placed a mat to cover the hardwood floors while installing, they worked well together, brought two trucks so they communicated to each other which tools they had and needed. Honestly, they were top-notch especially considering the physical labor involved in getting the super-large TV up the skinny flight of stairs in the first place. Arrived pretty much on time, too. Nice guys, very responsive, very helpful. I think it is just a no-brainer to pay for GeekSquad installation if you purchase such a great product. You get what you pay for, and probably then some.

The team worked well installing this tv. Very knowledgeable. In helping me walk through the tv setup.

Geek service representatives were professional and installed and hooked up 77 inch tv in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Good team!

The agents were polite and worked efficiently and collaborated with me on finding the ideal placement of my 75 inch TV in my new apartment. Upon request, they also covered the cord with an adhesive attachment for me. Both were very nice gentlemen and worked well together.

They mounted my tv and connected everything. They were very polite and professional . Everything works great. They also answered all of my questions and showed me how to work my remote. They were also here on time and worked well together. I would use them again on any project that I needed done.

A very good option for people who can’t or don’t know how to do this job themselves. Plus not all companies offer this. It’s a very good option to use and have available.

Jose and his helper did a great job. I highly recommend Geek Squad Installation and Mounting! This service is free to Total Tech Members who buy NEW TV's at Best Buy and is a great deal. Oh, and make sure you request Geek Squad when you set up the install! Jose is an excellent installer and Marcus, the Store Manager in Irving, TX is awesome, too! Thank you.

The installer was very professional and helpful. He was able to come earlier than expected to mount my TV which was great.

I decided to pay to have Geek Squad come to my house and mount my new 65 in. LG TV to a wall in my living room. Tony and Andrew showed up and the whole experience was awesome. They were super professional and the job was not only finished fast, but they clearly explained every part of the process and answered all my questions!
