Bought an LG C2. First one was out of box and made a popping sound when changing channels. Geek squad came out to replace tv but said it was cable box. Called cable company and swapped box but tv still popped. Reordered tv and had it installed. No popping but guessing on settings for best cable tv picture. Also, when watching baseball and golf, ball either disappeared got flashy for a moment. Very noticeable. Tried all motion settings to no avail. For a 120hz oled tv, it does not handle motion as well as 60hz LCD tvs. Geek squad saying its my cable service, never had motion problems before so i blame it on tv. I like tv for general sound and picture quality but dont understand motion issues when tracking a white ball. It also took 2 months to get tv that didnt pop when changing channels. Overall disappointed with Best Buy and LG product that was rated top tv for 2023. Would not buy this tv or anything from Best Buy in future.

The guys were great. They were fast, helpful and made sure the installation and setup was PERFECT.

The agents worked most efficiently in assembling the stand and installing the TV set. I am really happy with the TV and have really been enjoying the Masters Golf tournament. The Geek Squad is a terrific adjunct to Best Buy. I am only sorry that I didn't get the set sooner, but better late than never. I have never been less than fully satisfied with the response and quality of service of the Geek Squad.

The agent mounted my TV spoke to me about the different types of TV mounts and ensured that I had the correct one. He walked me through setting up my TV and connecting it to my Roku and my Playstation. Geek Squad is absolutely the best.

All good for most part . Just fo my application they couldn’t use my Roku mount. They used another mount that cost me another $110 which was disappointing but everything is good and I am enjoying my big Roku tv on the wall . Thanks Geek Squad!

Absolutely the best in home service I’ve ever purchased. My guys name was Josh, he came equipped and prepared with booties for the carpet and PPE because of COVID. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me about my new tv. He answered every question I had and set up was a snap! I definitely recommend geek squad especially for those with no skills when it comes to installing your own electronics.

Best installation ever !! They knew exactly what they were doing. Went over everything with us before they left . Very friendly and knowledgeable . They answered all our questions and we weren't rushed. Highly recommend these two for an install, you won't be disappointed.

GREAT experience with two guys who set up TV on wall. They communicated prior to appointment and on the scheduled date. On time, very polite, knowledgeable, and all my concerns and questions answered. Cleaned up all packaging material and stated if any questions pop up in future call Geek Squad any time. 5 stars!

Geek Squad installed my 77" OLED tv. It was super fast and now I don't worry about it falling off the wall.

The agents arrived on time and went right to work installing the tv and mounts. They were informative and addressed my concerns without hesitation. They set up the tv with my FireStick and signed it into all of the existing accounts. The agents adjusted the tv and attached it to the Sonos sound bar and adjusted the sound bar for the best use in the area concerned.

Very satisfied with the service I received. They were prompt and install my TV and explained how to work it too.

They are just great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to get a big tv installed. Not only were they helpful with installation but were very nice with any open questions on tv and sound bar
